I just posted this on the TSC forum as well, but today I found out I got approved on July 6 even though no approval notification was generated, and the online system still says I am pending.

I am now trying to figure out when/if TSC sent to NVC. NVC says they haven't received it, and USCIS doesn't know anything. Any suggestions or similar stories? Thanks!

My NOA2 - July 8, 2013.....I have called USCIS and NVC....USCIS actually told me they couldn't doing anything because I had been approved????? NVC hasn't received anything yet. I have not received a notice from USCIS stating my case was sent to NVC!!

The NOA1 AND NOA2 receipt number should be the same.

We received our NOA2 July 8th.....9 days and counting for case#. You would think after all the months of waiting for NOA2 this would go so much faster!!!!

Does everyone's hard copy of the NOA2 say forwarded to the listed consulate? I know it has to go to the NVC first but why doesn't it say that?

It has been a long process but I just found out we have been APPROVED (7/8/2013)!!! We are so happy there are not enough words to express the joy!!!

My NOA1 was 02/04/2013....transfered to TSC on 06/21/2013....nothing yet. Everyday that passes I'm feeling hopeless. This wait is really bad. I got transferred and TSC started to approved march fillers and even april....I don't get it!!

My NOA1 was 2/5/13 and transferred to TSC on 6/21/2013. I am discouraged to say the least. I agree with you it does make you feel hopeless because nothing is happening. All I can do is pray and hope for the best with the process. I hope we all here something very soon!!!

As I read all the issues with NOA2's and NVC case numbers it makes me want to cry. I got my NOA1 Feb 5th and I thought with the transfer on 6/21 that the process would speed up. Now I don't know what to think.....All I want is for my fiancé to be here....its so hard. I am hanging in here because he is worth waiting a life time for!!!!

We received our NOA1 on Feb 5th, transferred 6/21 to TSC...I check my status numerous times a day. The wait is killing me!!

I use skype to make international calls to my fiance. Go to your account... you will see " view call history" select that and you can print calls and text. I am not sure if thats what you needed, but hope it helps.

Can anyone tell me how i can print out our skype logs?

We got approved by noa2 a week after he told me that he's developing feelings for another girl. How awful that would be right? Feeling so sure that he's finally the one for you.. And here you are hoping that he will really never live you, build your dreams with him, a life with him but for just waiting just for 3 more months he can't do it?? How could somebody say that he loves you and hurt you at the same time.. By the way, we started january 30,2013. Had rfe around march then got approved on june... Enjoy your life guys!! I don't know where to begin from here but i'll live.

Hang in there. Your approved NOA 2 will arrive soonest than you think. We were part of those transfered from VSC to TSC and we had our NOA 2 just yesterday after 5months 3 weeks of waiting....NOA 1 Dec 28

Closer than you think! I'm from Elizabethton. Maybe we got transferred to Texas like the others did on MAY 25. At least Texas is cranking them out!

Wow... your just down the road!!! I hope Texas is where we are transferred if the process goes faster. The waiting drives me crazy... I hate it!!

Just had an email (heart jumped out of my chest) saying that I had been transferred to a local office!!

Looks like us leftovers havent been forgotten about we are finally getting transferred out of the dead VSC!!

My NOA1 was Feb 5

I received an email today that my 1-129 has been transferred to another office for processing because they now have jurisdiction over the case? Can someone please tell me what this is? It also states a notice of the transfer has been sent. Please follow any instructions on this notice. During this step, USCIS initiates the background checks of the applicant/petitioner and identifies issue that may need to be addressed with during an interview or by asking the applicant/petitioner to submit additional information or documentation.

This is depressing me when I see january and february filers getting approved at csc and vsc is all over! praying...

The wait is so long and can be frustrating. I rec. my NOA1 one day before you so I know how you feel. Stay positive and pray a lot, I do!
