Thx dear. there we are 6 peoples for finger prints and oath ..they call us one by one for oath and finger prints and tell us that we will get our passports with visa in 6 to 7 days

My status changed into issued last day and update date is 22 may and today status still same issued and update date changed 23rd may .If visa is issued then why they update case again today?

YES TODAY I GOT CALL FROM AMEX TO COLLECT MY PASSPORT .. I WILL COLLECT MY PASSORT ON MONDAY

i Submit my passport in december 2012 and i got email from embassy for new medical and ds260 in feb . i send these documents on 26th Feb and i got call for finger prints and oath on 12th May 2014..

tell me friends i am going to usa on immigration visa after 3 weeks .can i pay my gc fee now or before 1 week of traveling?if i pay fee now then in how much time i can get my gc ?

Dear All,
I am F2B and My interview was held in Oct 2010 and I am in AP to date, sent medical and Ds230 in 2011 too on a call from embassy. My case status online is still appearing in AP whereas in a reply to my status check email they asked me to send DS-260 reciept, fresh medical and photos ASAP so that I can be given appointment for fingerprints and oath, however they have not asked me send the passport. After sending these documents recently I got confirmation in reply to my email that they received the document and they will give me appointment for oath and fingerprints after reviewing these documents. Can anyone tell me that does it mean AP is complete on my case or they are just updating the documents with them, I am very upset of this AP now as its been 3 and half years now.
Please tell me if anyone went through same scenario?
How long would it further take to get Visa?

Embassy ask for fresh documents in Feb 2014 and i send fresh medical and ds260 and pictures on 26th Feb and on 1 march i send email to embassy did they got my papers and i got this reply ...

and after this my case updated 3 time and today i got 2 email from embassy ...but i did not send any email to embassy

We are CR1. Our visa was denied then we won our appeal. It is the policy with reaffirmed cases to give another interview before a visa can be issued.

they already have my passport since feb2013 ....

my interview was on 9th september 2010 and i was not current after 3 months of interview .my case current again on 1 April 2012 and embassy call me to send new ds230 and pcc and fresh medical...and now its 7th month going to end and still nothing ....
how much chances that embassy will give me visa or deny my visa?????
