    1) send 2013, 2014, 2015 tax return TRANSCRIPTS or the ENTIRE tax return which includes w2s, 1099, etc... Everything!
    2) send joint bank account statements. ALL of them.
    3) definitely send the joint pre-approval
    4) make sure all the documents you sent are the entire period in which they exist (aka all the mortgage statements, etc.)
    5) get wills
    6) get medical powers of attorney
    7) everyone needs life insurance unless you have a bunch of savings to pay for funeral arrangements, house payments, etc...
    8) beneficiary of 401k? or anything else that's financial co-mingling?
    9) certainly you can include affidavits if you want to. They're low on evidence but you're sending an RFE so why the heck not!
(bona fide marriage is the same as good faith marriage or genuine marriage.)

To be honest I think you missed a few minor details because you have a joint deed and title to your car(s)...

Wow what a long thread when the questions really have been answered already.
File for AOS, wait until it is through if you want to avoid the ban and dealing with waivers.
The comment by jabl2rom about "the racism is coming out, but not wonder considering where you're from"?!
Really?! That is so inappropriate I can't even.... Is wish someone from admin would delete that. If you need to go down to that level you should not be on here.
To the OP, I admire your persistence in answering everyone attacking you, I surely would have ignored a lot. I do think some are going overboard but you do have to understand that a lot of us can use ESTA but we did not misuse ESTA like you did. I know my spouse for a decade as well, have friends in many states, a college degree, job and apartment..... But I came to visit on ESTA like I am suppose to. Then I went back home and filed the right paperwork to come over and got married.
The reason a lot of people are attacking you is because we did use ESTA to come and visit or come and get married but go back home and file for K1 or CR1.
I'm not sure why you keep thinking people are saying your "illegal" action is to file months later, they are talking about misusing ESTA to get married and stay. Yes AOS is to adjust status, I did it that way too but I came into the US on a K1 like I'm suppose to.
I'm seriously not trying to attack. I'm sure you had your reasons for spontaneously getting married or not filing right away, all I am saying is that the fact is you misused ESTA. If this is the legal/right way or whatever you want to call it, everyone would do it and there would be no K1.

I would also suggest the to try the info pass route. They can issue you an AP on the spot.
From my personal experience: I filed for the EAD/AP and GC at the same time. At my biometrics appointment I laid down my situation which is not life or death but very very important to me personally and my family. The gentleman said that I should come back a week before I need to travel in case I haven't received my AP by then and actually explain the situation to the officer (or what the decision makers are called).
I did not receive the AP, went back and received a number. They asked me to write down the reasons why and for how long I would be gone and then I waited. I got called and talked to someone for about 5 minutes and ended up walking out of there with my AP! (Of course while I'm in my home country the EAD/AP arrives)
It's dfinietly worth a shot before abondening AOS. It would safe you a lot of money and time.

First of I wanna say that I do believe in love at first sight and therefore the fact that it's been less than a year that y'all have been together I don't think is an issue.
That said....I think it's great your friends we're open and honest with you. And even though they don't know him, they do know you and if that is the vibe they're getting, I'd be taking that very serious. The fact that you are contemplating about stopping the process and posted in this forum tells me you are having your doubts as well. There is nothing wrong with wanting to get to know each other better before moving forward. Spend some more time together and be confident in your relationship. He is not coming to the US for a trial run of a relationship, he will be coming to marry you. Maybe you could consider applying for a tourist visa first and he could actually come and meet your kids and friends first?
And lastly...I'm sorry but to me it's a major red flag that you have already send him money three times this year. I mean how was he getting by before? That to me is a big no no....
Did you also pay for all the processing fees of the K1?

    Hi Everyone,
I'm in a huge mess and I need help.
I'm trying to figure out what we do.
I'm american and got a fiancee visa to come to the UK to marry my husband, I then obtained the spousal visa and have a right to remain for 2 years.
We're coming up on our year anniversary and I wish to take him back to America with me. I really miss home and can't do much more time here in the UK. He wishes to go back with me too.
I purchased a visa consultant. The reason I did this was because I tried filing by myself for the UK visas and I got denied because I had NO CLUE all the stuff that had to go into it. After hiring someone, I was told that I had to include papers and documents that were not even listed online. Therefore, I felt it was necessary for me, being the stupid person I am, to hire someone to help me out on my husbands visa. He cannot read due to severe dyslexia, so it's hard for him to do these things by himself. It comes down to me to fill out forms and do everything.
I was told I can file IN the UK with him, and I'm trying to find out if this is true. We are doing a k-3 visa and I'm filing a I-130 form.... does anyone know if I need to do K-3? or if I just submit an I-130... I'm totally foreign to everything going on, and now I'm regretting hiring someone cause I don't think he even knows what he's doing!
I was sent this by someone online, where I asked this question. I guess this is applying for a greencard in the UK with my husband?
