  1. Ask your spouse if she is willing to re-locate to your country...because there's NO OPTION for you...it's been one bad thing after another for you since you entered the U.S.

First of all,...you violated your F-1 visa status...then after that you went working illegally, then you claimed to be a U.S. citizen...so its just been a domino effect that has now caught up to you...

Its best you leave the U.S. as soon as possible...you got your degree from here, that should help you back in your country, but in reality, there's no option for you....

  2. Would it make a difference if she brings home diseases from that? Or babies, maybe trying to pass them off as your own? Or if she tries to make the affair permanent?

At this rate, she'll enjoy it that much with the new guy that Gary will have to make room in the bed for a third person!.....no-one wants sloppy seconds from their wife/husband, you married that person to be with you and no-one else.....

  3. I have a question...are you sure she doesn't have some type of mental illness??? or is it some type of severe immaturity on her part??? because reading every reply you have made, she always in the end blames it on you as if it was basically all your fault. Also, please try not to ever fall into the trap of justifying her actions. Yes, you took a while to AOS and living in your country, however that is no excuse at all for her to go out and cheat on you. She should have been more patient or found something CONSTRUCTIVE to do and not something DESTRUCTIVE that she has done.

I worry about what will happen next time you might slacken off in an area of your relationship (because no one is perfect, obviously).....will she go out and do it again, then turn around and put the blame on you once again???

To me....this looks like a vicious, manipulative cycle on her part that in both the short term and long term, won't be healthy for you.

Ask yourself is it really worth even considering having kids later on and running this type of risk again. Because it seems like its a behavioral pattern that she can do whatever she wants when something doesn't go her way or doesn't get the attention she needs and blames everyone but herself....she definitely needs to grow up and take responsibility for her actions.

We can choose our actions,.....however we can not choose our consequences....

  4. I have a question....A friend would like to get married to a lady from Mexico, however she entered without inspection for the first time in the year 2000, and then three years later, she went back, got a B1 visa, returned, overstayed and has been here ever since. They would like to get married, but can they do a simple AOS or will there be problems because of her entering the first time without inspection??? ...

  6. Hi there, we are gathering all the paperwork to do the adjustment of status phase from student (F1) to permanent resident....she has an uncle and aunt that lives in California, who will sponsor her but they both file their taxes together....so what forms do they have to fill out??..this is where it gets confusing..

Is it the I-864 (her uncle) and then her aunt has to fill out the I-864A?? they make $100,000 joint, HOWEVER, there's a question on the I-864 towards the end that states "any other income from household member" and they are married, so thats her aunt, and they file taxes together...

SOOOOOO who needs to fill out what forms and what needs to be submitted??

I know I have to fill out an I-864..but what do they fill out?? I got her uncle to start filling out the I-864..who else needs to fill out what forms and submit what information??

Does it have to be seperate with the W2's to seperate their income for the affadavit of support since they both jointly file???

    Please help!!
