Depends on whether or not you were employed by a brokerage. If not AND if you were not an independent trying to produce sales, then put unemployed. If you were employed but just didn't make any sales then put down your brokerage info because you were employed. You just didn't get any income. There is no such thing as being an unemployee. You would put "unemployed" if you didn't have an employer. Is that all you're wondering?
I am wondering about now, I'm not working for any Broker, Now I am not engaging in the business, actually looking for a Job. What do I put for the present? Unemployed, because technically I still have license what should i Write? thanks for the correction

Help with I 129 F question K1 visa?
I filed for my fiance a year ago, but we decided to travel first and we would not be living in the US, therefore I cancelled the petition. Now we have decided to live in the US, my question is: in the application asks if I have filed before for this person? should I say yes or No, since the first application did not went through. and if I say yes , you guys think there is a problem? only reason we did not went through first process was, that we don't want brake law and get green card without her residing in the US?

Additional Details
Thank you everyone, for answering I do have more questions, I was not working in the US when we started traveling, I am also a License Realtor and I have a foreign income is not much, but it is part of a family business is it enough for the Affidavit of support, and also We plan to send the documents now to get ahead, we living in Guatemala until May, she goes to Russia and I to the US. I want to send the documents starting January so we can get ahead, and as soon as I get the US, I will get a job, just anything so I can send the Affidavit of support, what you guys think?

Hello, friends how are you?
Ok, My Lola and I are ready to refile, as you may know, what happened to us. We decided to live in Guatemala, as I explained in my last posting, it did not worked out. I stop the last Petition I-129f. Our question is In question eleven of the form 129f , it asks if I have file for. " HAVE YOU EVER FILED FOR THIS OR ANY OTHER ALIEN FIANCEE BEFORE"? My question is since I file last year the same petition for my fiance, Does it count as yes, or because it did not went trough the whole process should I mark NO, and if I marke Yes do you think it will have a problem, because I read somewhere I can only do it every two years? Help please 2. and in question 10 I was naturalized, and asks about my certificate, number and place, but then again asks if I have obtained a certificate with MY NAME to give number and place ??? why it ask twice? help please.

Thank you both! for answering fast, I have another question do I have have a physical Address in the US?You can start the process, because the first part is all you- you can send in the petition from anywhere. But she can only interview where she is legally resident, so in 6+ months time when it is her turn for the interview, she'd either need to be legally resident in Guatemala or go to Russia for the medical and interview.

URGENT!! Hello everyone, I have follow this forum for quite awhile it was very informative to Olga and I, We are happy together, We need help with the problem we have, it's a long story, I was in Los Angeles, and I lost my job I had no money whatsoever, it was my son and me only, we were in to the application already I-129 F, when we decide to withdraw it, This is what happen, I am a Naturalized Citizen, Originally from Guatemala, I have brothers in Guatemala, and they make a nice living, I was under a lot of pressure my love Olga was coming soon, and I had no money My Unemployment was denied, my brothers told me to come to Guatemala and they would help me, then I explain the situation to My Olga that we might have to go to Guatemala for awhile, then of course she agreed, then once, We made the decision I wrote a letter to the USCIS, that we no longer needed to file I- 129 F since we going to live in another country, we don't need a green card and it would not be, right to cheat the USCIS, and later when need this we would follow the necessary steps to get in to the country. Now we are in Guatemala together already 2 months, of course she was thrilled to come to Latin America and that we would visit so much places, the plan was to be here 5 years, because I wanted to finish college here since I am Guatemalan also, I could go to University almost free, but here come the bad news, we being target of crime, we did not realize that it could happen to us so fast, of course we called the attention of everyone in the street, they robbed our house and Our car has been robed too, She and I don't feel comfortable anymore, we have talk about going to USA together, but how we get out of this country fast is the question? It's almost impossible to get marry here In Guatemala and also We Check Russia it's very costly and we don't have the money. So Our Question to you Friends is, Can We Refile I-129 F. For her and she can get her K1 Visa in Moscow? I apologize for my grammar in advance.
