Yes . i did not my account number or routing by heart. so I copied from my last taxes. and then i discover that h&r block put their account info for my return which I was not aware of thats how I discover that was not my account. totally seperate issue. now I am upset with them.

I woke up to the bad news of the NVC that my payment was rejected. why , I call my bank and there was not even an attempt to withdraw the money so I dont understand what happend. I call nvc and ofcourse they close weekends. what do you guys think that happened

all right thanks so much. yes I have all documents from my uncle he makes very good money and i have all the proof and sign 864 from him . I am just holding off on mind because i was not sure. my wife is outside USA consular process. her income dont think it counts.

Does your uncle make enough to cover his household plus you & your fiancé? If so, then I wouldn't worry too much. There are people who I've seen that have filed with no income of their own to report but have very good sponsors. Just provide your previous tax records & get the supporting documents from your uncle as well.

I'm no expert here but it would seem to me that you qualify under the basic self-employed title. I don't know exactly how you conduct your business but do you have any record of the contracts you've fulfilled this year so far that would show you performed work? I get that you don't have documents stating the income other than your bank statements. But maybe something proving you're actually working along with the bank statements would work? And maybe start now getting anyone that gives you money for work to write a receipt or something? I'm just throwing out suggestions & ideas here. I have no concrete information to give you. Just what I can think of. Self-employed is a new thing for me because I've never been self-employed. Maybe someone else will chime in soon with better information.

Hello I have always done my taxes and report all my 1099's / but this is a new job and they do pay me cash only and ofcourse i will reported for next year. so basically I am working under table not at my choice. what can i do? should i write a letter my self explaining this and copies of my bank statements?

My question is me. I am self-employee working in construction. and I make cash only cash I do deposit all the money. are bank estatements sufficient for the NVC as proof?

this is my dilemma. I've use my uncle house address for mailing and I lived there awhile and I used to file the petition. I did not change address because I am not i will continue to live in my apartment. so I never change the with the NVC or The USCIS. so Now is my mailing address. My question is My uncle will also be My joint sponsor. he is well qualify. Now In the affidavit of support it will show we live in the same address. WE are different household if I say I live there. would I need to file and a I-864a. or not. We do not need his assets. I am just want make sure I am doing it correctly. Or just should put my residence address for now my apartment. as residence and my uncle as Mailing address without changing address with the USCIS and NVC. I know is a little confusing.

Hello, TAandNa........ MAY 03 2013 and I was transfer on dec 5 to Nebraska.

Surprisingly enough, I got through faster today , yes they are working and also , I notice they were very courteous and apologetic to me, as soon as they knew I was inquiring about I-130. without me having the chance of asking , they knew why was I calling, and they told me about to finish february and that I will my approval soon. ???

I believe we are pressuring them enough.

I've just e-mail them again. It is really unacceptable they are taking this long, in one whole month they worked only one day.

Hello, I just wanted to let you know guys where are, on Dec 5 they mail me a copy saying that my case was transfer to Nebraska office and that I should hear a decision in the next 60 days, that was almost 25 days ago < I got my noa1 on may 1 2013.

Hello, guys I am going to try to explain this the easier way I could, it is very confusing, I highly appreciate your help in advance.

I was outside the us with my wife living in Guatemala. and she went back to Russia and I came back and FIled the I-130

also I need it to start working so I can provide for her correct? So I took the first job I found which is a car sales man, I have always been in sales, so this is My DIlema should I filed as a Self employee or that I work for the Dealer I get Dealer checks and I have been making copies for proof and, also I am averaging $2800 a month more or less ,for seven months I started in MAY. SO POverty line Now is $19550 Which I pass for 50 dollars, How DO I filed the 865 as an employee because I do work for the dealer and they can provide me with letter stating that I was HIred in such date and I get pay commision and I make this money ? I am confused here ?

Also I read somewhere That I could be exempt because I have work more than 10 Years in USA and I DO have more than 40 Credits.

Also The poverty guideline is 19500 is for three people, I have a son from my Previous Marriage and My Previous WIfe pass away. and My son IS A US citizen born here, and he gets 880 monthly Survival, . Does my son counts because We are a Family of three, or is it just me and my wife, ?

My son's money where does it go ?
