Honestly don't blame your fiancé, He can't do nothing, He cannot request medical appointment without an interview date, Also he cannot contact the embassy, I complete understand your frustration But it's not his fault, The only thing you can do is to try to contact the embassy again. Don't give up and be strong And also I would like you to chin up. Once you get approved you guys you would be so happy together And love needs sacrifice from both of you. we used none! because i went on uscis website and it clearly says DO NOT USE WORD N/A... use none

what i did was take a few lines out of each conversation and do this by a monthly format.

mehdali...... Wish we knew why we have been in AP this long. The Embassy did emailed us last month and specifically stated that they were getting ready to make a decision on our case within the next 10 days. Well, it is now almost a month later and we are still to hear something, anything!

So, yes it has been a LONG time!

Weird. That was the answer I got when I called DOS last week. "Your case is pending". Pending what? Our case has been in AP for 13 months. Actually waiting on a decision from Algiers. Wonder what they meant on that reply? Staff maybe back home vacationing? Ramadan? Who knows!

I wouldn't bother filing a complaint if I were you. My fiance is about to file the I-129F package then we found out that they updated the form. We were both pissed because the form is nuts! There's not enough space for the address and phone number. I don't like that they split it into two columns either. It's so confusing! Somebody else made a post about this topic and other people suggested to just use the older form. So, that's what my fiance is going to do! We're not gonna mess with the updated form.

the best proof is the one where you can actually 100% prove you met your fiance... such as passport stamps, hotel recepts, receipts, baggage claim tickets.

I am filing my petition until November 2013... I am completing all paperwork and have signed them all I also dated them with today's date.

Does it matter that it is July and I will be sending out everything until November? Do I have to sign everything until November? or it doesn't matter at all?

Confused about Question 4 on Part 3

I have never filed before for anybody, this is my first petition.

This form is wack there are so many errors, I can't even fill out my Fiance's complete phone number bc there are spaces missing... Does anybody know how we can file a complaint?

This new I-129F is horrible. It has so many mistakes and is unclear in many places. For instance, why does it only allow me to choose U.S. states when entering my Alien Fiancee's mailing address?! Whoever done this form obviously did not take the time to TEST the form for usability before putting it out there. Many fields are not long enough and many sections are not clear where they end and the new one begins (e.g. fiancée's prior spouse 2). I'll have to write in some areas instead of type.

What is "In Care of Name"?

I wish there is an example of this new form.

it expires 6/30/201 but the edition is actually 6/22/13 look at the bottom of every page.

How did you assemble your packet?

I was planning on dividing each section listed on my cover letter with a paperclips then put them all together with a large clip and putting them in an envelope and ship them out.

Also, I put pictures in a ziplock, can these go at the very back of he file or should I put it in the front?

Does anybody know the correct format of a letter of intent? I saw somewhere that it's supposed to have an address from the Dallas lockbox? Is this true? Or can we just plain out write our intent and sign and date?

This seems to be the correct answer for this situation:

You will need to write a letter explaining why you didn't pay taxes. If your reasons are valid, I think it should be okay.
