AFter waiting almost 1 month for the case number, I called today and I was provided with it. When do I get the hard copy by mail?

My fiance (beneficiary) had his passport stolen. He has a police report and in December he will have to re-new it. I am waiting for the case number in order to start the DS-160 .. I bumped into this

My sister will be my co-sponsor the K1 Visa... She gave me 3 years of tax transcripts that I provide to my fiance. (2010,2011 and 2012) But only 2012 meets the 125% guidelines ... WIll this be a problem? I will also provide her chec stubs... and I am looking into a job that will well exceed the poverty guidelines but only on current income, as I have been in college all this time. If I get the job I am will be providing a letter of employment... what else can I provide? And I also need to know if the above questions will cause any trouble. Thank you in advance.

who pays these fees? beneficiary or petitioner?

I have heard that you need to be careful who you choose to be your co-sponsor because if anything happens (divorce), the person you listed as a co-sponsor will sponsor them until that person becomes an American citizen. Has anyone heard if this is true?

Yes I just ordered them going 3 yearsback...one of each return and account transcripts. I will follow your adivce, after my fiance received packet 3 (the beneficiary) . I will then fill out the DS-160 form

and thats after i file ds-160? thank you so much for your time I appreciate it so much,, algeria is such a hard embassy and I need as much feedback as possible,... I also ordered transcripts...are the account transcripts better or the return transcripts better?

and after that, do I have to request for packet 3 to be sent to my fiance in algeria? or does he just receive it?
