My husband and I filed for AOS on July 2014. We got our interview on November 2015 and were approved. We had waited so long for this moment,,,, then when we received the green card two weeks later we received a letter saying they had made a mistake and to send it back filling out the form i-90. Today marks 7 months that we havent heard anything. The last time I called they told me since they are still in processing times and servicing september 2015 filers we cannot file a service request.

Any body suggest anything?

What do you mean by, 'once the medical has expired'? Are you being told to get a new medical and I-693 from a civil surgeon? The civil surgeon can tell you what you need when you get your medical done. Take the vaccinations form you have from your last medical(DS-3025 or I-693). They can see what you already had, and what you will still need for the new medical.

I have no precious documentation on anything , my husband was just given his immunization record. When he went they couldnt tell what he was given a year ago so they sent him back to the health dept. the health dept. couldnt figure it out either. That why I'm asking whixh are the crucial shots we need

After a year and 4 months we finally got an interview letter scheduled for next week. With the letter we also received a letter that stated my husbands medical had expires and we are to see a civil surgeon. We scheduled the appt but when we showed up they said they could not read the immunization record because it was in a foreign language, they then referred us to the health dept. no ody was able to help us, then they said to just go to a local walgreens or cvs and get shots done and present them to the civil surgeon this coming friday! I am confused as to what shots to get? Are there any docuemnts we need aside from the i 693 please help

I'm a May 2014 filer and I'm still waiting for my green card to be approved. My biometrics appointment was in June 2014 and since then I've have not received any update. We have submitted multiple inquires to USCIS and they basically said that we just have to wait.

Hubby's greencard is finally approved! We spent our first night apart since he arrived last year, last night, and I woke up to the approval email! Wonderful thing to wake up to!

We have filed last yr on July 7, 2014, It has been way over a year..my husband got his EAD renewed, how can he travel abroad to see his family if we are still waiting on a GC? WHat forms do we need? fees? and time frame to file and to receive?

Filed july 18 , case received on july 20th.... Got approval email on aug 25 to mail out approval notice. What the average waiting time for the actual ead card... My hisbands employment authorization card will expire september 3rd

We are going to need more to go on here, such as a link to the post you are referring to.

We got a notification the employment authorization was approved yesterday. I am assuming that since we requested the advance parole expedited, they decided to just expedite the whole combo card and that we will receive it shortly. Of course, the USCIS online case status tracker doesn't say anything about the AP being approved but it's not like I find them reliable with updates.

Called yesterday to submit my third service request. I cant believe its been over a year since we filed and we have nothing. I had to renew the EAD and sont think I will get it on time for september 3rd! My hisband will lose his job sadly .... Yesterday we talked to a tier 2 perosn and he put in a request to expedite. I hope to hear news soon! Anybody else still waiting?
