    I'm still waiting, my status also shows READY on CEAC website. It is showing same status from 30-may-2014, but "case update date" changed several times.

    It means your administrative processing is over and now they will take decision, if approved they will let you submit passport(if not submitted), then you will have your visa.Do not worry if it stays in READY state for few more days. In some cases it stays at READY for about 2 weeks, then one day in AP again then ISSUED.
    I'm still looking to know your visa category? Like is it K1 or IR1 or CR1 or any other?

    Hold on you are almost there, In my case it changed from AP to Ready then again AP, then again ready, then finally Issued. It's pretty normal

    I filed it with lockbox in September 2013, 2 days later on September 26 I received receipt notice.
    Then after 6 months and 1 day that is on march 27 2014 I received the approval.
    Can you please help me with answers to my questions.

    Marc Ellis will do it probably around $2000. He is not that lawyery or greedy.
    Only thing is he proceed with patience. For that you have to have patience too.
