Still waiting...

I-130 APPROVED ..... FINALLY

I swear everyday my heart gets heavier.. I am happy for all the couples who received approval... but I cannot help but be envious too.. some applied after us and have received approval..even at the Vermont Service Center.. Maybe because they had an attorney file.. I am not sure.. but still with a heavy heart and waiting an eternity just to have my love, my best friend, my soul next to me.. Really Vermont.. Why?????

Now just a broken heart.. I see others that have received approvals with receipt days around mine.. i just cannot comprehend how different service centers process the same applications but can have them processed and approved in 3 months but it will take VERMONT 10 MONTHS TO PROCESSS THE SAME APPLICATION!!!!!.. why is Vermont so inefficient???.. How about some retraining from the other service centers.. maybe they need to learn efficiency!!!

Called the NVC again today, lady said the same thing we received it on Dec 05th allow us 10 to 15 days for the case number to be assigned...I said ok sure but I'm not going to listen to what she said bcz I'll be calling everyday till get my case number oh yeah I'll for sure...Wish me luck

My husband had his interview today. We the Asian lady. He said she was stern, yet respectful. Asked him questions about my job, family. After told him to get him Medical renewed and have me send my original tax transcripts for 2008. After the end of the interview he asked, what should I tell my wife. She said you will get your visa after you return with these documents. I am happy. Allhumdulillah

What are they tapping the Maple trees at the Vermont Service Center?? I see the California Center is already processing July applications..Really what is the issue in Vermont?? It's not January so the Molasses should be moving quite quickly!!

ok.. I feel better just getting frustrated with every passing day..sorry I need my husband..
