    Now just a broken heart.. I see others that have received approvals with receipt days around mine.. i just cannot comprehend how different service centers process the same applications but can have them processed and approved in 3 months but it will take VERMONT 10 MONTHS TO PROCESSS THE SAME APPLICATION!!!!!.. why is Vermont so inefficient???.. How about some retraining from the other service centers.. maybe they need to learn efficiency!!!

      10 months That i s along time I'm sorry to hear that but you can try to email the vermont service asking them why it is taking moe time. Good luck

      Thanks.. the girl on the phone said this is normal.. they are processing apps from 05/2012.. i think that is why so long..
