I met my fiancee while working as a subcontractor for the Dept. of Defense in the Philippines in 2011. We spent a lot of time together, but it was as close friends. We stayed in touch on Facebook when I left and after about 5 months, we realized how much we actually cared for and missed each other. In May 2012, we started a long distance relationship to see where it would go.
