See if you continue to check your passport in that same email address (passportstatus@ustravelsdoc.com) it will continue to give you same answer even when your visa is ready but the one working and we give you the respond of 1-2 business day is this (support@ustraveldocs.com) and it was even written on the A4 paper they gave you .. and if you are impatient try and call them there number is there and speak to their agent and he will track your passport for you.. i am telling you from my experience .. thanks and hope this help you

i used turkish airline and i dont know why that stupid manager insisting and i explain to him .. he is only the one refusing and even the other airline try to explain to him but he keep insisting and i dont know how it works for you.. is there different manager for departure everyday ...

i called them and email for my pasport status and it told me it was ready and that was on the 18th and i went their on the 19th to receive it bcos that was the day i was told by the CO to come and get my visa

Is there anyway the people you spoke to on the phone can call the stupid guy at the airport and set him straight?

they cant .. and now i lost the flight money bcos cancelled it and bcos of their stupid policy they can rebooking it back .. i dont know why they have to treat their customers like that

Are you serious? should i be worried too? because i have just one way trip and it is with delta but i will be flying with KLM through Amsterdam and one quick question how long did it take you to get your visa after the approval?

if you are on delta airline it is okay ... and it took me 9days to get my visa

yes i called it on that same 19th december. bcos it was ready on the 18th so i went there on the 19th to receive it ..

Dose someone needs a visa from the country he has a connecting flight through?

Example am travelling to USA and my flight has to stop in Spain and then i get another flight through spain into USA do i need a visa for this? well i dont know but are the immigration officers in spain gonna be a problem?

why dont you use the Turkish airline .. bcos they dont have a transit visa system yet... and i am travelling through that

I was giving only a paper like a A4 paper which the heading is "collecting your issued U.S immagrate Visa..."and the CO wrote the K1 19th Dec date on it to receive my visa and is that all i need to go and collect my passport when it is ready ?...bcos i wasnt giving something either other than that .. please let me know

Didn't the CO indicate where you will collect it? am sure you are to collect it from the collection center in Lekki.

I tried calling the numbers on the form but get a concrete answer so went there the day the CO said it will be ready and it was ready

I did my interview on 10th dec 2012, and

I was told by the CO that I should pick up my visa on the 19th dec and she even wrote it on that letter she gave me ..but i message them τ̅☺ ask about it today monday but it respond back and tell me my passport is not yet ready for collection and I will like τ̅☺ know will I make it bcos my flight is over the weekend ... Am S̶̲̥̅Ơ̴̴̴̴̴̴͡ worried here

You should go to d collection center on the 19th it should be ready then..... Usually it takes One week to collect your passport.
