The Question is why thinking divorce is the next move for you.. did you know what sacrifice your husband make just to be with you and you divorce him to be alone in this strange country with no one like an orphan.. and if you dont know it is a shame for him to go back to the country that he give up everything just to be with you... leaving him wont solve your problem or make you happy... even if you met another man same issue will happen and that is bcos you keep running from the challenges and problem.. why when there is problem in a marriage all you think about is just leave that is not a marriage and as a matter of fact no matter what you have commit a great sin.. bcos no matter the problem you think are in one soul and one mind and the problem should be your problem and all you need to do is sit down and talk about it .. marriage is about forgiveness and forget .. there is no perfect marriage or perfect human out there .. you can only create one by going through every challenges in your marriage.. it kind of crazy why the divorce rate is getting more and more in this country.. that why so country pretend to love you and give you the happy moment you want and leave you suddenly after the GC and that hurt you more than the problem you are facing now.. at one point in time there will always be misunderstanding.... can you ever tell me you never have misunderstanding with any one of your family and all you think about is never be with them anymore.. NO and that is how you should see your partner bcos you are now one and family when you get marriage.. Please rethink.. when a woman or man is leaving or thinking of divorce as a solution to the problem in marriage .. that person definitely dont know what he/she want.. and most of the problem which i am sure started when they woman never want to commit and realized that she is not a single mother anymore but has a husband that they need to do things together.. Life is so complicated.. if you have a problem with your husband that should affect your marriage .. it a problem you two need to fix bcos it involve two of you

I got my potential interview waiver in a month ago ... i heard as well that k1 dont receive interview... it not all but 70% of them dont have interview and you have to wait like 6-9months or move to get approved without no respond and if you have interview you will get RFE quickly .. interview or no interview... just be ready

Got my EAD today and going for my SSN and going to make $$$.. then i will patiently wait for my AOS..... Thanks for everyone.. no single word here is useless .. everything is more than useful

My EAD was approved and in production today,, I am glad to see the email.... My home alone is about to end..lol

I am trying to call the USCIS and check my case status on the phone but i dont know how i can press my receipt on my phone when i was ask to press in my receipt number and that is bcos i dont know how to press the MSC on it.. can you please help me and tell and i need a number to call the L2 customer service number to call so that i can talk to customer service L2 directly .. Thanks

And for the record, calling and bitching to level 2 consumer service seems to work :-)

I am so sorry this happened to you .. but it is unfair for people blaming you for what happened... and that bcos nor know what realy true love is .. if you really love someone you will reason and understand everything.. in marriage there is up and downs and i mean in every marriage but yours was way too much ... he is a fool to lose a woman like you but time will tell and teach him a lesson.. I give you the credit for everything you done for him .. he may not be your real husband ..maybe God want you to have an impact in his life.. Everyone has this opportunity to have the good thing but it left for you to have the inside vision to see that valuable things before you realized it after you lost it... like mine.. I have a wife i love so much she is my life and i owe her alots that i cant even pay before bcos she transform my life.. and yet she didnt do close to what you did to your husband... but i am still proud and cherish her life my God... her tears is like mine .. i do everything to make her happy..

All i will say is that there are few people out there that cherish and value what they have .. they are not many but i know they will find you and cherish you and those are the man that you give a hard time and yet they still want to have your heart... I am new here and as well a April Filer ... I send my AOS Packages on 22/04/13. receive my Bio Appt.. for 21 May and I am waiting for something to happen soon.. it frustrating sitting home and i feel terrible and home sick.. when i should be the one working and providing for the family.. I cant wait to start working again ... i will be so glad.. nothing is going to make me happy for now.. I hope i get an updates soon for my EAD and my AOS

On my record .. i have complete the TP which is first and second dose and as well as the MMR both the first and second .. but the issue i am worried about and need advice on it that.. my Hepatitis B has three dose to be taken and i have completed the first and second one and which remaining that last one and my next date appointment for the last one is 5/10/2013... but here they are telling me i have to start all over again just bcos it is from other country... and in my record that is the only one that need to complete.. so i am asking for an advice that is it necessary or i should just let it like that .. bcos i dont know what to do now .. so that is why am reaching out before it too late

I got my appointment letter today for my ASC biometric .. which will take place on 05/21/2013.. It fast i guess

Dont waste your time inquiring.. if you know you canget married within that 60days but if you cant just go and inquired for it.. and as long as you married before that 27 june, you dont have problem .. you can file anytime but dont make it too long.. bcos you wont work or do anything until you get your AOS with EAD file to get your employment authorization before you can work.. so time is everything.. calculate it and see if you can make it

I feel sorry for you bro.. as you know already Nigeria is a corrupted country and since you are on AP.. investigation is activated to confirm your relationship.. so it left for you to give them something to hold against you bcos it sound like they are.. and you have to be positive and informative and open of everything you do now.. when there is God .. all things are possible.. so if truly you are married to your only wife sincerely.. then leave everything to God

I got my recepit number and after tracking.. My AOS is still on Acceptance while my EAD is already on Initial Review..

On April 24, 2013, we mailed the new card directly to the address we have on file.

Just checked my status and found out my EAD has been mailed i cant wait cant wait cant wait

I sent mine today .. with just AOS and my EAD.. meaning i send 4 photo... I am glad this is off my shoulder and please people.. the most important thing to do which help you and the uscis is make sure you put your cover letter in your filling form .. to make you work near and arranged properly.. thanks..
