I will call my lawyer about this issue tomorrow and get her to find out the best route without delaying the process any longer, Im hoping she can correct it by speaking to someone or maybe if.I.write a letter to them explaining why we had this issue I just want to do anything I can to avoid an RFE, also I dont mind the type of GC he gets as long as he gets one soon. As long as were together we dont care

Yea so am I. Im getting impatient already with the wait and its only been a little over a month. I just wish one of us transferrers would get approved so that we could know theres some progress.
