  15. Abandoned account

    Interview resulted in temporary refusal of visa due to lack of documentation. In addition to Saudi police report, Jordanian police report is also required. As it's nearly 3 years since we've seen eachother in person due to much waiting for petition to be approved & other delays, Embassy won't accept our skype photos as proof of relationship. Now planning a trip to visit Mo'ath.

    I Just checked an email and USCIS sent an email that we got an new RFE...i don't know yet the details.. hopeful it is just something easy and simple

      I have been keeping an eye on the USCIS website and it stuck on initial review ever since... and we dont have noa2 yet.. :( hope soon

      we called the lawyer,and said that he called them and they stated that they still processing our case !! till now we are still within 6-8 months so if there is no approval with the end of this month we will call Congressmen/Congresswomen. thank you again really i appreciate your concerns.
