we have recently received a mail from USCIS which stating that our visa is still on precess . its now been 8 weeks since we reply the RFE Reply and still no approval.

NOA2 on 22 April!! I still can't believe it! I think I'm useless now for the rest of the day...lol

Today I received a call from a attorney who is following our K1 visa case and stated that he recived an email that requesting additional 2 passport photos for me (Beneficiary)!! We've been waiting 5 months at USCIS and fter such a long time asking Photos؟؟
