No brother...this month no update

Maybe we able to get few updates in this month like last year. many of us had updates on 13 or 14, and for now embassy seems to very slow this time as comparing to last year I don't know why they are not issuing much visa's not asking for documents not answering our emails

@yarm24 I asked my lawyer she said no need to change the sponsorship letter coz the child will b getting a US passport directly not an immigrant visa or green card

on 2nd march i got medical email to give embassy new medical. they send me the list of approved physicians also when i opened it . In the whole karachi now there is only 1 doctor who will do all the medicals its Dr. Naeem ul haq. If this is your 2nd medical you have to wait 15 to 20 days for report to come and apointment you will get will be after a week. so be prepared who are doing 2nd medical. the people who are doing their first medical the doctor are preferring them fast report because of their interview date. i think in the near future there will be no doctor in karachi and we had to go to islamabad or either lahore for medical.

i don,t know about new rule by embassy regrading medicals anyways thats sound strange is it right ? in the whole karachi only one doctor has to do all these medicals nd now we all have to wait more longer to get our medicals done i was just start wondering what if Dr. Naeem ul haq unable come to his office for few weeks due to his some personal matter then what will happan ? BTW thanks a lot for the information alert!!

@Yarm24 I did call hill park hosp .. Dr.naeem.ul.haq right ?? His p.a told me that it will take 15 days cz of workload .. When did u had medical last time ??

i did my last medical in oct 2013 yes sister thats right dr naeem ul haq late appointment could be possible due to workload try to called back explain your situation they are very helpful maybe they will give you earlier appointment! have you try to get through from N.I.B.D. uff 3rd medical, do they think we are rich to keep spending on medicals! when was last they asked for one?

oct 2013 that was last time they asked it i believe they think so that we can afford to keep sending it but is not true the embassy has response to my senator inquiry in may 2014 saying they would not ask for anymore docs until my case completed

Almost 3.5 years under ap its feel like waiting our job

I've done my 3rd medical in 2 days and get report very next day from rhillpark general hospital karachi their medical process is very fast

I got call from embassy the guy told me ur visa was issued yesterday but the officer re.consider it and said we need a new joint sponsor .. I mean for the third time they asking for joint sponsor idk what they people doing. Now my husband income is above poverty guidelines and sufficient to sponsor . so my husband is now sending his own updated income I 864 for sponsoring me.. Can anyone help us is this the right decision ?? Can my husband will b ok to sponsor me ?

this is absolutely ridiculous unacceptable US Embassy staff makes many mistakes either the VIsa officer they should verify all these info before instead putting applicant back and forth in AP they like played with pakistani people's life emotionally for no reason i m really sorry to hear that if im not wrong according to your medical validation it did,.t have enough time so you probably need to send another one with these docs i don,t if they asked you for another medical alone with joint sponsor? hopefully your visa will be issued very soon after submission documents Insha Allha ! don,t worry ours prayers with you sister ,,

They only make more work for themselves. I'm exhausted with this whole process already, dont know how people go in to it for years.

Calling nvc in my own experience is just making me feel more stress out because they are not very helpful at all comparing to department of state they were very active when they use to dealing with immigrants visa inquiry when I called nvc and spoke representative she keep telling me that my case still under going on in ap I told her I already knows I just wanted to know if embassy currently working in my case and what was about my last updated nvc unfortunately

could not give out more information to our specific questions other then saying you are still in ap so I stopped calling them anymore

no updates at all last was 4 feb i wish they just issued visa instead getting more updates im tired to seeing so many updates

Bhai I am OK Alhamdolillah just I need to go to hospital for dialysis twice a week some precautions and just OK.

Yes I was OK when I went for visa interview in August 2011 but after I was put into AP it was way shocking for me as I was not expecting that after all that they would not issue a visa.

2 and half months later I got severely sick and my friend took me to hospital where they performed tests and told me that my kidneys are damaged and either hemodialysis or kidney transplant is the solution. Then 9 months later my loving mother also died to exacerbate the situation.

But nevertheless, its life and its going on. I make dua to Allah SWT that he make me successful in this test. You all also pray for me?

Hi everyone last case update was on the 8th of Jan. I called NVC on Jan 8 after sending proof of relationship (Dec 23rd) and I was told by a Male operator who was professional and nice, he told me he sees a update in my case and some notes... I asked may I know what it says and he said it said they had received our documents and they were forwarded to visa officer for review. I should be really happy to hear something being done to our case after a whole year however I am too scared because even last January I think this same operator told me that our case was near a conclusion and here I am waited a whole new year. May Allah help us all brothers and sisters waiting in AP please keep us in your duas. 27 months in AP and still counting...

have you heard back from Embassy After docs submitted hope your case moving forward to issued your husband visa soon insha allha i keep praying for you guys please keep rest of us in your prayers !!!

SINCE ALL ARE GETTING AUTO UPDATES BUT IT DOESNT MEANS THEY WILL BE ISSUING YOU VISA..

IT COULD BE JUST CASE REFRESHERS TO HAVE THE FILE UPDATED WITH FRESH MEDS N DOCS...

My case got an update today on 8th February (Sunday) as I had updates on 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th February.

I cant understand the reason for update on two off days (5th February National Holiday) and Sunday (weekly off day).

Can any of you guys share your experiences regarding what happens when case get updates on off days?

i think your case is close to complete that's good sign when case got updated especially in Sunday I pray tomorrow you will receive a call from embassy Insha Allah good luck

Carolyn Sis after my 3^rd medical expire in April last year Embassy has write back to my senator inquiry in march 2014 saying they will not ask for any docs until my case complete, even thought All my docs expired but my case Status still remaining AP I meant never turned to Expiring soon? I wonder Why
