congrats to faisal and everyone getting their visas. praying everyone inshaAllah gets out of this AP hole soon too. and good luck to the ones getting updates. my wifes case just doesnt update by itself unless me or her inquire on it. GUYS please REMEMBER our case in ur prayers as well. She has now been in AP for 2.5 years. thats just crazy and a very long time i feel for a woman to be in AP. please remember us and pray it happens soon for us too. thanks everyone. God bless u all.

Our cases updated today because of the mail sent by my husband but this time we got different reply:

Your case is still pending under administrative processing, unfortunately we cannot predict how long this processing may take. The wait could possibly be quite lengthy.

What does this mean???? Anybody got such kind of reply ?? Does it mean my AP is going to be very lengthy :'(

They sending same reply mostly everyone when case in ap. And pending I have also got this email too few months ago its mean embassy don't know when its going to over wait could be possible few weeks or few months this is normal response from embassy please think positive maybe in few months your AP going to complete and you also know 80% woman AP complete in less then a year inshaallha you are one of them sister our prayers with you have a faith in allha don't worry everything going to be work out for you on day

Sis don't worry inshallha just keep praying to allha inshallha your AP going to over soon

My friend sent them medical only and after 2 weeks he received such email from Embassy...

I-864A, this is joint sponsor Contract Between Sponsor household Member because my wife doesn't earn enough income..so my brother in law my joint sponsor ..

If your friend send medical then I would probably gives 4 weeks inshallha he will able hear good news very soon

i have received this email in past when i send embassy i864A its take them around 45 days to reviewed it tell your friend give them few weeks inshallha everything will be fine i don,t what kinda docs he already send so i hope its don,t take long

Faisal, same happened with our case.... update 6-June-2014 changed to 9-June-2014.

It means today on 9-June-2014 Embassy dispatched the passports via courier.

I am very hopeful on Tuesday or Wednesday courier will call. It should take more then 2 days for package for delivery.

Let's see. I won't book a flight until passport is in hand.

its my sons 5th birthday today and he's searching n trying to locate me via ipad....as I am not there with him ...God plz help ..

Please continue to pray for us we have been reaffirmed by USCIS and sitting at embasy since nov and in jan they opened our case and since then nothing but AP. No request for updated documents nothing. I am leaving to visit him this summer for two weeks and know it will be harder this time to leave it's so much painful but please pray for us we've been on this journey since oct of 2010 and want nothing more than to start our family and live a normal life

so dear vj members i just called NVC and the lady told me that your Administrative processing is over.and embassy will ask for new medical and other fresh documents soon.i have been in AP from last 17 months.so now am hoping that i will get my visa very soon inshallha

yarm24 you are right .it seems now it is our turn to get visa.i hope that this AP will come to an end soon inshllha.i submitted my medical in december last year.so dont know when they will ask for new one

Yes you right its our turn now we should expect call for embassy inshallha in this week or maybe tomorrow I have that feeling inshallha And Allha will make this happen ..

if you submitted medical in dec last year so then its probably already expired because now its only valid for 6 months inshallha we will get our visa soon

no update last update was in 26th march 2 years 6 months in under ap i have already send them 3 times medical my last medical expire in april but embassy did not ask for expired documents
