      yes that happen to me after they reviewed I-864 then sent checklist...you should call them and see if they reviewing it now because they should give you answer by this week..its false checklist

      when i talked to supervisor she said call me within 48 hours but its been 6 days now every day i call they say something different and they wouldn't let talk to her so i dont know what to do i hope that doesn't happen to you walahi its just wasting time...yes it happened to me but they will finish it less than that they just say that inshalah by next week or this friday you will hear good news

    I'm so frustrated & anxious, got the 2nd mail from Morocco & still waiting for the 1st mail which has the DS-230 signed from my husband. It is so weird it was 1 week apart from the 2 mails however I got the 2nd and not the 1st. I think it got lost so I told my husband to resend me another one. Hopefully I'll received it by saturday because this made my NVC late with 10 days wait...

It is so weird it was 1 week apart from the 2 mails however I got the 2nd and not the 1st. I think it got lost so I told my husband to resend me another one. Hopefully I'll received it by saturday because this made my NVC late with 10 days wait...

      the problem was original translation of certificate marriage i did send it with i-130 so when they asked i told them to check it but they said no so i told that i will send the only copy i had so they said ok i sent that one and they said that they didn't like it so i have to send new original one

      i asked my husband to send new original one next week that means we won't get Feb interview anyways alhamdulaiah only allah know waht is good and bad for us... inshalah i wish you dont get any RFE's :)
