11 days until the arrival of my other half

Finally got our NVC case # woot woot!!!

i feel really stressed....have no choice..at the mercy of the NVC..this processing is taking a toll on me and my husband..

i have called the NVC and they said that they forwarded the case to the consulate !!!

Now a checklist on the DS230 packet... Oh My Gosh this process is going to put me in the Looney Bin!!!

ughh so i called again to the nvc..and now they say there is a checklist with the ds 230 they want my husbands.. Fiche Anthropometrique and a Casier Judiciaire..really i dont understand..we sent in the police record from his place of birth..and it was translated..and there is no prision record for him..help!

October 30th!!!! I will be there for his interview!!! Now to change our plans on where we will be that date!

Silly Question...but how do you send a status update directly to someone else? I only know how to send them a private message..lol..yep, I'm a goof!

Happytobe when is your interview? any news? i saw your case was complete on the 5th.

Another week gone by and no answer from NVC, Oh well better luck next week i guess.

Got another checklist email but was for the AOS and they changed it..they took my mom's part off and the ds-230 off..interesting..called the NVC about it they said just Im all good just waiting to review the paycheck stubs and letter from employer I sent..also asked about interviews for Sept for Casa, they said there is still openings..yay for my fellow VJ's that get case complete this month..me I hope to get in first week of OCT In Shaa ALLAH! Jummah Mubarak all!

according to NVC september interview in Casa is full, the representative told me its going to be for sure first week of october but i will call tomorrow to double check

Paycheck stub for checklist was received at NVC today...hopefully this is the last wait until a case complete inshallah remaining positive!

So update on the checklist..per supervisor they dismissed the checklist for the ds-230 because already submitted it and for leaving the question blank for my mom's part due to it being correct according to the USCIS website..so I sent the paycheck stub they requested to prove I am currently employed and praying all goes ok from here on inshallah..

One year ago today...We sent out our I-130 for my wife. Who would have thought 1 year later...we'd still be waiting!

APPROVED!!!! FINALLY! THEY DIDN'T EVEN ASK FOR EVIDENCE, OR LOOK THRU MY BINDER! LOL!

i cant believe a checklist for leaving a question blank because it was none or n/a to me..which is what it says in the instructions..crazy

AOS checklist strikes..I just got notice told this on the phone now..they wouldnt tell me what for but to wait for the email..sigh...

Thanks everyone...my husband has the visa in his hands! He will be coming to America and we can now start our lives together here finally! Hamdoallah!

We got the official case complete e-mail yesterday.... we were not one of the lucky ones with and interview date on it, though. Still smiling!!!
