If you failed to include your son at the time of your original entry your entry would automatically be disqualified and they will not be able to issue you the visa. You should start by putting together a resume and looking at the classified ads in the local newspaper. Also check with any temporary services agencies to see what requirements are needed and submit an application.

Insurance should be able to use a copy. If you can, get at least a few copies of it and keep in different safe locations. There are not many times you should have to send in the original or certified copy of your marriage certificate since most will accept copies of it.

It sounds like your husband may be in Administrative Processing. I noticed that the status updates whenever they respond to an email inquiry or someone is looking at the file.

You should take the 2012 W-2's and the most recent pay stub that was available prior to your interview date.

Has anyone, or their spouse, had their degree's from Nigeria, or any other country in Africa, evaluated or used to pursue a different educational path here in the United States? Basically, what proof did you need to submit with regards to your degree/diploma obtained in Africa? Did any colleges,universities, or schools require an evaluation of your transcripts/degree? If so, what agency was used and what was the cost?
Basically I am looking for information because my husband is interested in maybe pursuing a different degree and I'm hoping that the classes he has already taken can help him meet some of the degree requirements for the new course of study.
