my sponsor is my spouse. so they ask my spouse's tax return latest year.

i had my f2a visa interview on 16th july but unfortunitly i didnt get visa approved becoz lack of 2012 tax returns paper. they required that paper to submit afterthat we will call u again. yesterday i submit paper. stil now i m waiting embassy call. when i check my visa status there is showing administrative proccessing.

within 2-4 weeks you will get another email by nvc when nvc will got your case.

I would like to first congratulate all couples who have got their Interview letters. Wish you all a happy life ahead. I also got my interview date 07 July. My priority date is 26 July 2011.

I just called again NVC but still there is not any update for my case. They told me to wait until VB will publish. Some our lucky friends getting IL for August PD. My PD on June and hoping for the best.

You could be current this coming July or Aug VB.

You won't get an interview letter unless you complete your case before they release the next VB, so start gathering your affidavit of support and civil documents now to avoid delays.

Hubby had his interview on may 9th (Thursday). I thought it would take a while for him to get his visa especially it was the national election on May 13th(Monday). Visa delivered on May 14th. That was really fast!!!! Thank you VJers. Learned so much from here.
