Hi, i am LPR applied for minor children F2A, case DQ on 8/5/2020 , waiting since then for Islamabad Embassy to schedule interview. I hope Ban will not effect our case.

Hello every one,  ROC submitted 7/24/20 , Received Extension letter on 8/11/20 , MSC center and still no Biometric, i cam as CR1 here in US. I have to travel so please tell me can i travel now without doing my Biometrics on my Extension letter. Thank you in advance , good luck and take care.

We received RFE in January and we submitted in April and I-130 (F2A) Approved on 4/30/2020. Now waiting for NVC response, don't know how much time they will take to send us email.what priority date is Current right now?

Waiting for the letter , which will tell me what they need from me.And InshaAllah will be approved soon.

Got RFE yeserday. PD 1/22/2019...That means CSC is taking 12 months to take up the case ...

F2A category for children of  LPR ,  under 18 unmarried , priority date is January 22 ,2019, California Service Center . How much more time for NOA2  for I-130.

when you said it will take one year so that time you were working for uscis?.For your info it took 3 weeks to arrive.

THE GREEN CARD WAS MAILED ON 13TH NOVEMBER AND WAS NOT DELIVERED AND SENT BACK TO THE USCIS FOR NO DELIVERY BY THE USPS BECAUSE THEY FORGOT TO PUT OUR APARTMENT NUMBER.

I WILL WORK AND WILL FILE RETURN JOINTLY.SPOUSE WILL NOT WORK IN 2019.

Its been 4 weeks since arrived in the USA, how much time USCIS is taking to process and mail the green card.Fee is paid before the flight.

Hello Every body, i just want to update that ARRIVED at Houston POE yesterday. The process took about 10 minutes , officer was nice, Asked when you were married and confirmed the US address and stamped the passport.

Hi, I registered with ustraveldocs.com/pk when I was scheduled for interview and took that printout page to the Embassy on the interview day, they scanned .I don’t know after interview how it works.My status at ustraveldocs. com/pk is updated and says “ passport received from the consular and processed for delivery”. I hope this will help

HI, thank you for your best wishes.I am already registered to the ustraveldocs and assigned my delivery location. They will call me and text me for the pick up.
