that's the petitioner's petition,
IIRC the foreign spouse won't be responded to, at all.
That's not the case at NVC, thankfully !
ohh...so i'm stuck.
I just need to wait until my husband start doing the follow ups.
thanks anyway..

Completely generic response except that they noted my expedite date in the replies. They said that they had 30 days to answer the request. I think I sent the first on January 17th and have yet to receive a real reply back yet.
In my opinion, calling and getting an ISO is probably more helpful and certainly quicker.
Hi Nola123, thank you.
I actually think that it's still better to call but I am the beneficiary. I am outside US so it's not possible for me to get to a live person with the only number available for calls outside the USA.
Well, you guys might be thinking where is my hubby (the USC) on this, I think it's just that he's not that eager for me to be there but I am. He just wants us to wait and wait until that approval comes.
But anyway, I would still try.
Thank you for all the replies.

Your timeline should read the National Benefit Center, not Vermont.

Has anyone of you here has followed up their NOA2 via email instead of calling?
Do they also had generic replies same when you call the customer service?

hi everyone!
since you guys check it several times a day, does it mean when that you check it in the evening, then you check it early morning again there's a chance that the status will change?
i mean, even after office hours of the service centers the status can change? even on sunday? i actually have no idea.

congratulations!!
this gives us hope. more good news please!!!

Hi everyone!
I'm still waiting for my NOA2 but as early as now I want to prepare everything I need for my new life and career there in USA.
I work as a chemical engineer in a pharmaceutical company here in the Philippines. I am aware that it is required to take the state board to be able to practice as an engineer there but it will take time and I am quite worried on what will be my starting career when I get there hopefully mid of this year.
My husband lives in Maryland. Of course I aready have googled things about these but I think first hand info and experience really matters.
Hoping to meet fellow ChEs here.

hi august filer here!
congratulations to those who already got their NOA2.
My husband called USCIS and he was informed that they are currently processing those with PD of May 28, 2012 which we already know coz that's the info on the website.
He was told to just wait for another 3 months.
It'll be my birthday on April and we have plans but it seems like we have to hold it for next year again because of this long waiting . It's already kinda depressing.
I'm interested with this expedite thing, is there really such a thing? Does it actually help?

Congratulations!
We hope that the good news will keep on coming!

hi! joining in August filers...still waiting for our NOA2.
Mine was sent to Chicago Lockbox and we got a receipt number that starts with EAC.
My question is, how were you able to track where your petition was transferred?
I created an account in USCIS website but when I checked it only says there that my petition was transferred at a USCIS office.
Does it mean, it is no longer in Vermont Service Center?
