Well I was a size 20 a few weeks ago - now those size 20 jeans can be pulled off button and zip closed. I have been comfortably wearing my size 18 jeans and trousers... today I pulled out a pair of size 16 trousers that I have not worn since 1996 - these trousers are stretchable... and even though they are an extremely tight fit I can wear em... button and zip closed too Am over the flipping moon
My ####### hurts from riding the exercise cycle... but heck I am aiming to be size 14 by the time I get married... am sooooooooooooooooooooooooooo motivated now

Are you saying that if someone can't pay - then they should be left there to possibly die??? I think that those who feel the evacuees should pay are extremely materialistic and selfish.

You horror Jay!!! Here my heart sank thinking now what!!!
Have a safe journey to the states... and see you when you are with Len
unlike a few others, you'll be missed. and you better be back! Are the snide remarks really necessary??? I miss Michelle and Sarah... and I think it sad that they have left. Please recall that you could not stand being told not to post jokes etc ad infinitum; further no one was being nasty at that time!!

Im trying to find a number to call but I cant find one. Does any one know where to call to check up on on a police record in london?
I'd make enquirues; my forty days passed without receiving my letter, I contacted Hampshire Constabulary (where I'd first applied) and they ordered me a duplicate which arrived two days later.
Try writing to them here: PublicAccessOffice@met.police.uk
I must add that they are very prompt about responding...

I have been losing weight - in fact I can no longer wear my size 20 jeans coz they can be tugged off zip and button closed... soooooooooooooooooo am wearing size 18 and aim to get to at least size 16 by the time I get to Houston. Thanks to some awful test results that scared the heck out of me the day before (which turned out to be not bad after 2 more tests yesterday) I have been advised to be sensible about the weight loss programme I am into by having one meal a day with grilled chicken or fish along with veggies as I could do without a nutritional imbalance.... sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo HELP with recipes puhleeze

The Consular Officer who conducted the interview... wants the police report dating back to 1970 - I was just 14 then - in fact it would start at 13 and a half years

I think that if Paul wanted to go out with his mates I would not have a problem... I can't see him going to a party without me though... he is not really the partying kind... I love partying/dancing - Paul is quiet - me I am as garrulous and gregarious as they come!!!
-
Well I guess I will just have to wait patiently... it is already 22 days from the date of the receipt... sooooooo another 18 at most... this whole thing is teaching me patience if nothing else
-
I had the interview, but because I have a drug abuse history and stated that in no uncertain terms they need additional stuff from me.
-
I hope so... I really really hope so.

Our receipt is dated 23rd June... sooooooooo still a long way to go

All terrorism in India is sponsored by Pakistan.
Melo,
Isn't that a bit simplistic? India has a huge problem with Islamic radicalism and yes, that is sponsored by both Pakistan and Saudi/UAE. However, India's terrorism problems don't end with Islamic extremists. There are Maoists who rule the countryside in places like Jharkhand and Telengana... they are homegrown, for the most part (they are inspired by China). And of course, you have the separatists in Nagaland who have been using terror as a means of war against the Indian military right from the get-go. And lastly, let's not forget India's home-grown brand of 'terrorism' .. the Shiv Sena and Bajrang Dal, etc. The riots in Gujarat were... terrorism, IMO.
Yes I agree with what you have said; perhaps that was somewhat simplistic. However, the north-eastern states have limited their terror to those states. Again the Maoists are limited in their reach (though no doubt they would love to extend it). The Shiv Sena, Bajrang Dal and the VHP along with the RSS & BJP should have their members tried and executed for the role they played in the riots in Gujarat.
Pakistan sponsored terrorism has targetted Bombay and Delhi in principle.
Pakistan encouraged the Sikh insurgency back in the 80s. Then they focussed on the Kashmiri people. Pakistan is responsible for the creation of the Taliban (with support from Bush senior amongst others). There was a solid Pakistani connection in 9/11 and 7/7. There have been training camps in Pakistan for just this purpose - to unleash terror. At first they limited themselves to India... but have now become one of the global leaders in sponsoring terrorism.
