    I cant explain how angry I am to find out that Atlanta's field office has not begun processing I-130's sent from the NBC! Why must they make this immigration process so stressful and upsetting? God I hope something good happens for a change out of this whole thing :( DAY 164

      So sad. i couldn't say anything when i read about it.Now that they've not even touch it, that means we will be waiting for long time unless miracle just happen. every time i remember this, i feel sad.today is 138 days for us.

    Youre welcome! I hope not much longer I want to be able to bring my wife back with me in July when I go visit in May and leave July! Hopefully not mu h longer for you guys either :)

    It is a bit late but could mean 2 things:

    1. Your file was transferred to your local office

    Or

    2. Your file is being adjucated and a decision will be made soon.

    Either way no need to panic. In time you will recieve your approval :)

    Hey yeah the last updated is the last touched. It looks like they mist be viewing your file as it seems 2 months after your NOA1! :)

    Go sign into your account and go to your portfolio. It should have a last touched next to your case number etc. Remember login...my portofolio...and its there. :)

    I understand...I dont think my timeline will be of any help as the projected timeline dates are way past and Im still not approved haha...but ive changed it and hopefully you guys get an approval soon! Day 120 for us!

    Sure but my case was orginally sent to Califronia and I have a WAC number. I dont think it would be of any help but ill change it.

    It sucks horribly! All I want is an approval so things can go quicker. Im really missing my wife and ready to start our life here in America already but what can you do :(

    No...not even a single word. Im getting impatient! 3 months and a day sing last touched...3 months and 14 days since NOA1. So much frustrstion...

    I just got that feeling...within these 2 weeks we will here an approval on our I-130. Hope I'm right!
