eh- you have invoice identification number? call back daily until you do, then check the payment portal. in the end - to 'get the email from NVC' the NVC TeleOperator had to ask for the TWO email addresses. If that happened, that's the start of the clock, ya wait from that timetick for the email. Can pay if you see stuff online.

for now, it's not just case number assigned. must to get invoice identification number via telephone call. when nvc tele-operator takes the two email addresses on you two people, the trigger is pulled, and the ds-3032 email gets generated a few days after that. is ok to pay online, if you can, prior.

yup yup - also - this 'giving over' of email addresses via telephone, pulls the trigger on the calendar. When they gots the email addresses, a switch is turned ON.
