    when i received my RFE, i was very happy because its a great sign that someone finally took a look at our petition and i finally saw the light at the end of the tunnel! all u have to do is pray that it is a simple RFE that u can send back rigth away!

    that's not what the OP is saying.
    the laws in DR state that a woman has to be divorced for atleast 10 months before remarrying to a different man. The reason for the pregnancy test is to make sure the WOMAN is NOT pregnant from her PREVIOUS marriage, thats if the judge is granting that waiver and will let the woman remarry before the 10 months...

    When i was filling out the I864 and I134 i found a website that helps out with those forms. On that same site, i found this sample of an employment letter::
