Remember ur time will come as well!

hello all!
So i went to the uscis website and i saw that on the I-765 application for emplyment authorization, there is now a I-765WORKSHEET form that is there to be filled out. my question is, is this form required?
I ask because i do not see it in the example immigration forms here on VJ. my other question is, if it is required, is there a way that VJ can put an example one just so everyone can go by it? myself included.
For people that have filed for AOS just recently within these past couple of months, did u guys send that one as well?
thank you in advance guys!
VJ=greatest immigration site!!

the above post is right. some people have sent just that, but have gotten an rfe. so to be on the safe side, its best to have the form transcribed to the i693.
im in ur situation. I had called the civil surgeons in my area and they needed to do the full medical exam, they mentioned their doctor did not sign for someone else that performed the exam. my husband and I found the immigration clinic and they transcribed it for $40.00, just did it actually days ago.
if u send the transcribed form, call the immigration clinics around ur local immigration field office to see their costs.
good luck!

there is no packet 3, just packet 4. in dr its a courier that delivers the packet. for my fiance at the time, he didnt receive it because they were not able to find his address, so instead it was me that received it in the mail here in FL. you can email them and request it via email.
and that is right, they normally schedule the interview, THEN they send out packet 4. but who knows with dr. email them and see what they say

La primera vez como novia, fue negada por fraude tambien?

Hola, dices que ella es tu esposa pero por aqui veo que fue una peticion de novia. Ustedes se casaron por la ley?

the above post is right about the bank account.
as far as the driver's license it's specific state by state. for example, here in Florida, they will accept NOA1 hardcopy for AOS/EAD.
If you go before ur i-94 expires, they might give it to u, but only for the time that the 1-94 is good for. again, this is for the state of Florida!
Good luck!

A tourist visa is NOT required for the dominican republic. The only thing u will require when u step foot in the DR airport is a visitor fee which $10 U.S. dollars. That is collected before u go through their customs and immigration in the DR airport. As far as your AP, what i have read here, all u need is ur AP card and passport. Some people take their marraige certificate "just in case". Just in case an immigration officer here in the U.S. asks for proof when returning, which i highly doubt that.
Good luck!

mama, u might have enough time...
i mean, it shouldnt be more than 2 months for that corrected BC. have him do that, go to a different town or the capital to get that straighted out. i know its easier said than done going to the capital con to ese trote de alla pero he needs to try! i say, dont change ur date until they tell EXACTLY how long this will take!
im sorry for this bump in the road! just think, people have gone through worse!!

awww i remember those days...

Yeah dats wat i said...u think ill get my interview for this year?
yes, anything is possible with DR lol. u should probably be looking at december/january for ur interview. if you get lucky, it could be november. call DOS again and see if u get a different answer with an interview date!
good luck!

i think that is a great sign! in the past, when others saw that, it meant they're noa2 was coming very very soon!!! ahhhh fingers crossed mama!!

Mrs montilla ur k1 is fine. Eventhough u recently divorced, its ok. Just make sure to send the ACTA DE DIVORCIO TO USCIS certified translated in english. Do no send the sentencia de divorcio, it has to be the ACTA DE DIVORCIO.
Good luck in ur journey!

You will need two 2x2 passport photos of her as well for her g325. I cant think of anything else. As far as her children, have u read the k1 guidelines on here? It should have special instructions for accompanying children. Good luck with your journey.

In those forms, i believe they ask you for his passport # so u might want to get it before hand. im not too familiar with the ir-1/cr-1 process yet because im going through the k1 stage first. but like the others stated, he will need the biographic page from his passport in order to proceed once ur at NVC. so he should get it asap regardless.
yes, there's a "premium" one where he can get it the same day, i dont know how much is costs though, i wanna say like $100.00 dollars, not sure though. i will have to ask my fiance for that amount.
also, reach out to the dr members that have gone through or are going through the cr-1 process and ask as well.

awwww!! wow! God is truly amazing with the things he provides!! Thank you for sharing ur faith and testimony with all of us!!! congratulations friend!!

he definitely needs a passport to travel! and he will need it for the interview as well. in DR, its a process in order to get a passport, so i suggest he starts that process. a cedula in dr is just an identification. its just like we have our state id's here in the states.
good luck with your journey!
check payment stopped for aos please help!
in Adjustment of Status (Green Card) from K1 and K3 Family Based Visas

Hello All! Happy new year!!
I hope someone can help me with this situation. it has me very preoccupied!!
I sent in my AOS packet for my husbnd last week, I made out the check correctly with the correct amount. However, silly me, I sent the wrong check, (it was for the wrong bank account). what I did was, I made a stop payment on the check with my bank. The bank stopped It and uscis did not take the payment. 2 days ago I received my email and text notification that uscis received the aos packet with the case receipt number.
my questions are as follow:
1. will uscis send me back the whole packet? I hate to have to fill out that whole packet again
or
2. will they just ask me for another payment, like sending me an rfe with the blue, pink or white paper stating there was no payment?
thank you very much in advance! I greatly appreciate your help!
