Will it matter? We are like "only" friends before he came here... however... theres already affection to each other before we even met... That time... I am quite scared to love him without meeting him.... so in May....when we came here.... after few days of being with him... I fall in love with him... and him too.. even ask me if I want to marry him... when he got to US... after two weeks..... he filed a petition because we want to be together forever... Do yoh guys think it will b questioned? And do you think its the reason why until now we havent got the aproval? I am just wondering. This waiting is really stressing me out. He dont want to go back if my visa is not yet aproved... he wants me to be with him when he come back to US...

We have a huge age gap too.like 25 years?..it doesnt really matter to ne at all because he looks like 30's... and first time I saw hin on skype, I already like him...

You think the consulate will raise brows if Ill tell them how much I love this man?

THERE IS NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT THE AGE GAP... THERE ARE LADIES WHO ARE ENGAGED TO FOREIGN MEN TWICE THERE AGE OR MORE THAN THAT.. SO NO WORRIES. GOOD LUCK SA PETITION NIYO..

if you are already in the US and is now married to your Fiance, you need to apply for aos and ead... aos is adjustment of status... hope this help...

there might be a lot of stuff to do in there. the embassy will surely ask her for more proof that she'll be returning in her country after a couple of months. but since you both have met and in a relationship. why not plan a trip for you to visit her in PH? if you guys plan to get marry someday then you can possible to file a petition for her..that will be so easy to do. You can apply for a fiance visa if you and her will plan the wedding in the states & spousal visa if you marry in the phipilippines. you can visit this site www.uscis.gov... good luck!

I mailed the I129f packet last Aug. 10, 2012 thru express mail and it was delivered on Aug. 13, 2012 but I'm just wondering as to why I still didnt get any text or email confirming that they got my packet. Me and my fiancee are a little bit worried already...

DON'T WORRY, IT'LL ARRIVE SOON.. IT SAYS 7 TO 10 DAYS BEFORE YOU GET THE NOA1.. MY FIANCE FILED THE K1 ON AUGUST 8 AND HE GOT AN EMAIL & TEXT THAT SAID THEY GOT THE PAPERS ON THE 11TH.. AFTER 5 DAYS HE GOT THE NOA1 LETTER IN MAIL.
