How exactly do these visa petitions work? It seems Vermont is speeding up,but what I don't understand is how cases that were filed AFTER us are being approved BEFORE ours. Does this make any sense???? I thought files were processed in a "first come,first serve" manner??? Anyone with insights???

Kenya is the most annoying country ever!!!! I tried to get my husband's name on my ID the other day but they said it wasn't possible because he's a foreigner. Seriously! And that he's not in the Kenyan system because he's not a citizen nor a permanent resident. blah blah!!! Will talk to Mr Lawyer and see what he has to say about all this #######.

My cousin in Texas has agreed to be our joint sponsor...my question is, when calculating household size we'll count 3, right? (Her, her husband & myself) Am I right? Another question, can she combine her income with her husband's for the income requirements? Thanks for your responses in advance.
