2. That's the barcode page that is generated from the answers filled in. You don't write on that page, but also don't generate it until the online form is perfect. If you have to change anything, then generate a new barcode page because the barcode captures your answers.

They just gave you an average time they think most people experience. It of course depends on sending the forrms, sending ds2001, when your medical results arrive at the embassy, and what date you say you plan to marry....many factors so any answer to "how long" is speculation.
