Hi everyone
Where I can see that CSC is working in July application?
Could send me the link?

Quick question, everyone.
My partner and I submitted the I-129F a month ago and USCIS received on the 6th of August. I have looked at the timetable on the USCIS website and they are saying that for the K-1 Visa, the "processing time" for the USCIS National Average is 7.7 months, while the processing time for the California Service Center (where our application is going through) is 5.0 months.
Ok, great, just wondering, what period "processing time" include? Does that mean 5.0 months from date of receipt to the date that they send you the NOA-2 or does that mean 5.0 months from date of receipt to the date of the interview and its acceptance/denial?
Thanks!

We sent out out file on 2nd August and received the NOA1 on 9th August.
As per VJ timeline I will hear something back around 7th November to 19th November, but I hope listen something around 15th October hahaha.
Good Luck for us!

We received the e-mail with confirmation some minutes ago.
And they said in 7 to 10 days we will receive in his house

We just receive the NOA1

They debit our money yesterday.... Is this mean that we will receive the noa1 soon???

Hi everyone!
We sent the package to Dallas lockbox last Thursday and arrived there last Sunday.
I know that is too early to receive the NOA1 because they received the package just last Monday.
How much time later they receive yr package you receive the NOA1?
Also do we receive this by normal mail or they send us an e-mail too?
Thanks!

We just sent the package today!!!!!

Why did you use her address on the application? It may come up on the entry, but doubtful. However, it is a legitimate question. If asked, just be honest. The questions on the point of entry are quite straight forward. They ask basic questions, your name, when you plan to get married, where. etc...
Nao se preocupe....
Boa sorte!
We used his mother address because he was living till last Sunday in Brazil. He just got a job today in LA and will move to there, but we did all docs as his mother address because he will be living there.
I am just worry to change the address in the middle of the process and then need to wait more time to receive the NOA2.

Absolutely not a problem. Your POE can be any POE... for example: if your final destination is Alaska but your POE was Miami.. it's completely fine.
But my final destination will be LA I will not go to WI because he will be living in LA.
And in the interview? No problems too?

Hello everybody!!
I have a question! I am applying for K1 visa tomorrow.
My fiance will be working in LA but we are using his mother address in WI to apply for the visa. I will probably enter in US on LA POE.
Do you think that we will have problems on the interview? Forms address will be different from he work address.
Do you think that we will have any problem?

GOOD LUCK!!!!
Thanks!
We just finished all paperwork and review a lot of times! I hope everything is ok!
We will send next wednesday once my fiance arrives in USA.

Thanks everyone for the answers.
Now I am just re-cheking all the paperwork...

You have more than enough proof. In fact, all of that is not even required for the initial petition. It is needed later on for the interview stage, but you can send it in with the petition if you like. Why not send it in now and get a month head start rather than waiting for him to get here next month?
You can send everything in one of those large clasp envelopes. You are not required to send it in any specific form just whatever will do the job.
He is returning to US next Sunday then he will send all paperwork on 1st August.
Thanks for yr reply

Thanks!!
Also how can I organize the papers to send? Just put in an envelope? Or I need to do some special thing?

Hi everyone,
I am new in this forum and I have a question about a establishing proof of our relationship.
My fiancé and I will be applying for the K1 visa next month. We almost hae everything ready to send, but he is in Brazil now and we will file the forms when he returns next month.
We met each other in July of 2010 and have had a relationship since August 2010. Since our first meeting in Rio, he has returned to Brazil to see me five times. When he comes, he stays with me and my family and last summer, he lived at my place for nearly five months.
We filled out all the forms and we are finishing putting together all of our "proof." As of now, we have: 1 email for each month since we started our relationship, his credit cards statements showing that he spent money in Brazil, all copies of his airline tickets (including our ticket to Chile and some Brazilian cities), 1 envelope that he sent me, 36 photos of us since we met, hotels receipts, passport stamps, a bill addressed to him that came to my address, and that's about it.
How do people feel about this evidence? Is this sufficient? Do you think we need more?
Thanks you everyone!!
CSC PROCESSING
in K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports
Posted
Hi Mamichou,
We are August applicants (beginning of August, to be specific) and we are being processed through CSC as well.
I'm wondering...what evidence do you have that USCIS is processing August filers.
It's been 12 weeks for us (to the date) since NOA1 and I was just wondering what you've heard about August thus far.
It's surprising to me because I've heard that CSC (like VSC) is starting to slow down a bit.
Any info would be much appreciated! Thanks.
