    Good day to you.Just want to ask about AOS filing,my husband is retired and is receiving state pension as well as SS monthly pension as well.My question is there's no field there Affidavit of support where I c

      where I can put his social security income.If we don't add such we're pretty sure I will be denied for permanent residence as his annual income is below the poverty guideline.What will we do?

      Please help me.

      Would I just add manually his annual income and social pension and declare such as his total income?Or do I just write there the total annual income showing on his IRS instead and include the social security statement in the mail together with the other documents.

      im pretty sure that's what I did.. just manually added it. I am not COMPLETELY sure because it was so long ago. Add the letter from SS, as it is very important!

    Thank you Jay-Kay.I appreciate it very very much all the info you provided me.BTW,I am now filling up my G-325 and I don't know what to check on the field which says"This form is submitted in connection with an application for ".Is the Other(specify)the right thing,and would I put in there just AOS.Thanks again and God bless you.You made me smile.

    Thanks for the add. BTW,before you got approved, did your fiance try to call for a service request.If so, would they tell right away your case status if its approved or still pending or RFE.Just curious though.Thank you.

    Congrats,that was fast.I just wanna ask something,when your husband called USCIS, did they tell you right away that you were approved or did they just tell him to wait for the mail?Did he ask for a service request?Was it a tier 1 or 2 person he spoke with?Tyhanks in advance for your reply.
