if you mean by bonafide marriage documents those documents (other than civil documents mentioned in he above post) that prove the ongoing relationship between spouses like bank accounts, joint ownership, photos, emails, chat logs..ect than yeah you can include them and they dont have to be originals only copies will do. however, civil document that are major components of packet ( birth certificate, marriag certificat, court , police ...) have to be original along with a copy if you want to get the original back at the interview.

Also, When do i know when he can send it to the NVC? (do we need a barcode?)

have you sent DS-3032? was it accepted?

Question # 23 refer to 2011 annual income or to 2012 Annual Income?

I believe if NVC has not entered the case in to their system , DOS won't be able to see that it reached NVC yet. I called DOS this morning and I was told that my case has not been forwarded to NVC from USCIS yet, but when I called NVC, they said you case is here we jst have not entered it into our system yet...

you dont need him to sign it .. as you said it is a template to send via email and it has to have your information , his info including the case number full names....ect. once it is accepted you will be able to sign in and see your AOS bill as ready to be paid ..pay it and print out the barcode , put it on the top of your AOS packet and send the whole jazz to NVC

Hi folks, that's my update. My package arrived at NVC on Jan 21. I just called today (Feb 5th), I've got my case number. So whoever about the same timeline can call to get your case number!

I have one question im divorced im the petitioner for the DS-230 do I need my divorce decree to send in or not? knowing that I already submitted with I 130 Thanks

NO2 jan 24 and it was received on 02.01..no case number yet

Package received today by NVC .. was told to wait 7 to 10 business days for them to enter it in the system..

i have done ds-230 and i-864 both in CAPS.. I do not believe it is going to be an issue.

Start calling around a different time. I called around 5pm EST and found that was best for me as it was less than a 5 minute wait. Typically, I got through in under a minute. I've also heard late at night, like 10-11pm EST is also another excellent time to call.

Tax returns are 1040s. Those are the forms you fill out and send to the IRS. The tax transcripts are basically an overview of your submitted 1040, along with any corrections, if applicable, the IRS may have made.

I am back filling the last 3 years. Should I send only 1040s + W2 + letter of employment + last 6 months worth of paystubs?

Or Do I need to send the Tax Transcripts as well?

SO, you were approved on 12/20/2012 and NVC has not received your case?

If you had scant evidence when you submitted the I-130, though -

many folk submit more with the DS-230.

Please review the 6 evidence types in the I-130 instructions - if you have a new ton since submitting the I-130, well -

submitting it with the DS-230 will be the last chance you have, for a Consular Officer to view it before interview day.

we have bank account together in my home country and off course the bank statement for this account is half arabic half french..should i translate it? the same with the contract on the house we own in Morocco?

Do I need to send any proof of relationship beside marriage certificate at this NVC step?

I just want to see who all received January I-130 approvals but are still waiting for their case to arrive at NVC. I am told to wait 15 working days.
