You need a marriage certificate to file for I-130, no exceptions.

I will be sending originals for the NVC stage for IV packet. The Registro Civil de Matriomio HAS to be the long version, not the version that was sent with the I-130 packet. Cover pages are not necessary but a lot of people send them. Marking the pictures, that I'm not sure of.

One last very important thing that I forgot. You will first need to print the bar code sheet from the payment portal for both fees and that will be first page on top of each package.

Any document like I-130, DS-230, G325A, all need to be original signatures, no photocopies.
