      That is true reginaglenn, I was totally jealous and in pain during my waiting time to see recent filers getting an approval.

      Same here.My PD is may 30.I did e-request 2 times congressman inquiry 2 times,nothing so far.Still with an officer,still pending.

    Bravo Ombudsman! Our case is still within 60 days of the posted processing times as provided by the USCIS. This is how your system works. First in last to be approved. Last in, first get the approval? Very Funny!

    I dont really want to get mad, but I cant take this anymore. Where is the due process there are more July and August petitions being approved.

      Im sorry to hear that. On our part we have done everything but to no avail. 60 days service request is due soon. one month of our approved Expedite request this coming week. We tapped the officials and others. We exhaust our time and effort to get what is for us at the right time. Our 10 months is coming on the 25th. I wanna feel the freedom from all these things especially being sad and mad at times. Tiring emotions.

      I've heard about Vermont Service Center is very slow...I don't know why they transferred our application from California Service Center to Vermont???

      The Congressional Offices contacted Vermont and informed my husband of their reason for slowing down. According to them, Vermont received backlogs of CSC from last years' petitions. As you can see, VSC is working on recent petitions other than January to May 2012 (thats where our timeline fall). It hurts me to see petitions from July to September being approved while our papers are sitting somewhere to unknown place inside their office. I would appreciate hearing and receiving an approval...

    yup we married Nov 2011 and file May 2012. We are still waiting for NOA 2. It is roler coaster ride of emotion, now I am so down after preparing documents for NVC stage while waiting for NOA2. We are coping because we are both working in the Government. I am in Social Work but the pain sometimes is indescribable. Good luck to you.

      No, not yet. We are on 288 days. Not happy with how os it going. Though I make nyself busy all the time, i still have lots of time to think of visa.
