I received a letter from congressman saying that the Consular in Algiers say that our file is under investigation for fraud...I have no idea why they would say that..cause we gave them enough proof of bona fide...Can someone tell me what would be the causes for them to think this?

OMG hubby finall got home to me at 930pm lastnight guys...and guess what? he already went to social security office and has a social security number already...he used his passport and birthcertificate to get it...the immigration personnel told him that the number on his visa was his green card for up to a year and that the social security office accepts it...he has an international DL so he drove himself there...lol my hubby not playing at all!!

I am disoriented, I dont know what else to do? Who else to call? I call Consulate in Santo Domingo, NVC and USCIS and no one knows anything. I am tired of the waiting game. Keep in mind that our visa was denied back in December. It has been seven month without any info. What to do?

Yes!! my visa was arrived today on time!! Last trip to Lagos my passport was lost and had to drive down to DC for my passport and visa. Recieved it the day of my flight!!!! Now I got to find a decent ticket to Lagos to visit my love, Kingsley in July.. YEAH!!!

I've got my NVC case # & invoice # and I've heard some people have been able to get their Consulate interviews scheduled with just that. How? Please share! Muchas gracias!
