Does the passport for the K2 have be older than 6 months after issues as well?

Don't you just hate when other people judge the person you love especially when they have not even met the person yet. They tell you "oh your making a mistake by petitioning him/her. he/she is just going to use you for the papers and leave you once he/she gets what he/she needs". How do most of you feel when your love one is being judge by family or friends?

My fiancee and her 2yo son are getting all requirements ready now for when NOA2 fianlly comes. My questions is this. I want her Mom to travel with her to help her, will her mom need a passport to enter St Lukes to help care for her son during her exam?

Is it possible to do the CFO, Medical and Intrview for a K1 in a 5 day time period with a 2yo K2? I am trying to get my fiancee and her son all planned out so when it is time they can knock it all out in a 5 day trip rather than mulitple visits.

If they are performing background checks, they also have to wait on responses from the country they are asking it from. It may not all be the CSCs fault either.

I wonder how many filers want to sign the petition but are worried that it may affect their case?

I was in Zamboanga City for Christmas and New Years. We stayed at Zalos Boutique which was nice. I wanted to explore the city, but she was worried for my safety. Listen to her, that is her home, and she knows it better than anyone not from there. I did spend time with her family and friends, but couldn't go much of anywhere.

Rent, bills, food and other necessities run about 12000-15000 a month.

I have read various post about what is needed when, but there is no clear cut answer to me. I know this to be true so far:

1. Valid passport (if over 16 years of age), for at least six months from the date of the interview

2. Two completed Form DS-156, Nonimmigrant Visa Application

3. Two recent photographs following visa photo guidelines

4. Official birth certificate

5. Permission to travel from other parent;

6. Complete medical examination report from USCIS panel physicians

Ok, I know I need to fill out another I-129F, do I submit that at the same time as the K1 packet? Are there any other forms to fill out?What if there is no contact with her child's father or unable to find him? Will the child have to go a separate day or the same day as my finacee for the medical?

I appreciate any help in clearing this up. Also, Paul is only 15 months old now.

You are correct, I am the USC. There is no street numbers or house numbers in the area. I was dumbfounded on how anyone recieves mail.

I am filling out both the 129 and 325. My question is, which address do i use for my fiancee's part? Her PO Box or where she lives and the is no house or street number?
