I attended my fiancé's interview.! I strongly encourage it..

We made a vacation out of it, spent 10 days in Moscow, with our kids... the running around for the medical exam was the worst part..

Our interview was about 1-2 minutes... We were there with our children, once the interviewer saw this, he asked my son how he was enjoying Moscow... Then he said we were approved..

My son's friends learned to remove their shoes when entering our home on the first visit... That was 6 months ago.. since then they have learned other manners, and now this weekend, 2 boys have been invited to sleep over...

my wife stopped sleepovers for teenage boys on day 1... mostly out of respect for her teenage daughter, and I agreed... as time went by, my son's friends would come to visit, and my son would always ask if they could sleep over... always told no... but now Elena gave permission for a sleep over....

I call this proof that American boys/men can learn how to appreciate/respect RUB women..., which is really one of the few things they expect...

I watch Fox regularly for the entertainment content it provides. I am not a fan of reality TV but Fox provides interesting insight into a parallel universe of fantasy and complete delusion, which they attempt to tout as unbiased news. Having said that, every so often they seem to peek thorugh the haze of self-imposed myopia and manage to publish copy or sound bites in their germane context. I think of Fox as a on-demand SNL marathon. We are all better off for having it. We can certainly use the laugh!

when my wife returns to Russia to visit, her Russian passport allows her to return to Russia... then to return to USA, she shows her passport (in her unmarried name), AP card (in her married name), a copy of our marriage certificate, and a copy of my passport... no problems...

we are still waiting for her green card..

hell, coming for a visit... why bother with health insurance, if an issue arises, just go to the hospital emergency room, be honest give them all her info, get treatment then leave. eventually they will send a bill, but if you are not a resident and do not have a ss#, really what can they do??? send a bill to your last known address, ... this is the system we have and the illegal immigrants do this all the time.... of course it is not right and I am not promoting it, but this seems to be the norm in America....

we met online and started skyping in Nov 2011. I went to Russia in May 2012 and filed for K1 in June 2012. Interview in Moscow March 2013. we made the time in Moscow into a 2 week family vacation so at the interview I was there with my son and Elena with her daughter... The interview was about 5 minutes and we were approved when they saw we were there as a family... No problems...
