I told Andray I'm not calling them back for 2 weeks. Lets see if I am able to hold out from calling them. You know how I am the complusive caller...lol!

@AM&AG, I could almost hear an underlining..."WOW THAT REALLY SUCKS"...but the "Oh, ok"...was a much more pleasant way of expressing that thought! Hahahahahha! No worries, we've had that thought too!

Hahahahha... there is no way I could call them everyday. I'm right the opposite! I'd rather just "tend like" or "play like" (depending on which child your talking to in my house)...that everything is A-OK with them scheduling this time for me. So I will wait a couple more weeks before I call again.

Nope but I like the first one. I've sang all my life and my children and grandbaby (3) sings every thing too. We'd rather turn up the radio than sit and watch a movie or TV. I'm going to find the second one too! Send me a list! LOL I'm always looking for new material and we love Choir's too!

Will do I made a CD of songs that I like to listen to when I need a pick me up and those great gospel songs do just that. Too bad I can't sing but that doesn't stop me from singing. lol

Unfortunately in many instances there isn't a difference between waiting time of K1 and CR1. I looked at the guy's timeline, who will be having his K1 interview the Friday before mine which follows on Monday. I realized we both are on the same time frame. Got noa1 very close back in January, and now interview date very close as well. But I understand your frustration. At this stage waiting to hear from NVC was very frustrating too.

Well I just realized if I did q k1 he would have been here last year. Sometimes it doesn't pay me to think. Geez I can make some bad decisions some time.

You think it will help..i know that it will make things worse for me. I will be at the airport crying because he can't come home w/ me! Between a rock and a hard place.

It could also work that by the time you are ready to leave you have your interview date, and then leaving would be a little more hopeful with the end in sight.

I have been waiting 2 whole days to call them back (since closed for the weekend). I know I should have waited urrggghh now feeling a little down. Guess its time to pack the luggage and get out of Doug. Jamaica get ready I'm coming for you soon.

At this stage it's looking like October for you guys. NVC seem to set CR1 interviews at least 6 weeks away. However, you can always contact the embassy and request an earlier date after the date is known. Time is running fast though, as I can't believe I'm just 3 weeks away from mine already.
