It could be a few weeks to a month before you hear from them. Id say a few weeks or less it they will txt or email you.

Hi my fellow december filers :-) I need some advice! Im with vermont the way things are going im thinking a july august approval if all goes well! I want to go and see my fiance for about two months from the end of june to abt august! If we get our noa2 while im out there is that a problem?

nope. not really. we are all sitting ducks right now.

but that's okay. hopefully we will see some more NOA2 for November...after November comes December!

You know..My fiance says a lot of ####### when hes mad at me. SOmetimes things that really push it too hard, but after alll the years Ive learned that that is who he is and Ive accepted him. Cuz I know I have issues too. Haha. We just went through what you are. It was terrible and he was doing just as ur husband is. But it passes. You could give up but r u gonna regret it? My dad and family always tell me soo many people have such such hard time. No one realizes its thta hard until you actually in that position. Many people here still might not have had such a hard position. But most people justs look for divorce, but the ones that push through, and make up , end up so strong. Ive seen it myself with several marriage. Im not saying too tho that if u put up with it, he will change and ull be happy. Only you know for urself.

You could be better off by yourself. But just Im saying this happens to a lot of ppl and no one fights it. But Its different if he mentally abusing you, or just has this kind of personality. The way later he talks about your future reminds me of my fiance alittle. Is he new to the states at all like within a year? Cuz then I would definatly try to work with him. We cant imagine how hard it would be..Ive moved to my fiances country for years but I just know he can do something like that like I did. Hes a different person. We all are different. In the end you know best, u know him, u know your happiness, and you know the details.thats just my imput. Cuz ive felt that before. And everyone told me hes terrible for me, he treats me bad, he cant change..but they didnt know the details and they didnt know HIM like I did. Im glad I didnt listen. Cuz now Im so happy with him more then anytime in my life. Keep strong <3

Reading you last comment..Thats something a little different. That childish to be blunt. If hes playing games with you like that..thats different. lIke harrassing you with texts, and not caring if you stay at a friends cuz of him..That sounds a bit different then what I was thinking. Bu still you know best.

Can I ask for an example of how case numbers from December look like?

There no way to really know if its a december filer. For the MOST part, you could take your case number and change the last number around to see the one before you and after you

But like I said...2 before me is for AOS with an rfe and 5 before me is for some other weird kinda visa, 10 before me is for an orphan and 2 after me is for a specialty visa I think!

3 after me is an approved k1 visa But I mean obviously order doesnt matter, cuz first off...july filers still havent gotten noa2s but we are and secondly..people way after us (when checking case numbers after ours) are approved and we arent. Blehhh. But Still happy for us, seems us nov and dec filers, got lucky!

I checked my application status and it seems that CSC approved 3 people right before me and one more right after me... I also noticed that seems that they touched my application because it says, "On April 13, 2013, your Alien Registration Number was changed relating to your I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)." I am just trying to say that they keep on working on December applications.. Hopefully, I AM SORRY FOR BEING SO SELFISH, I am next to be approved. :dance:

OMG I hope you get noa2! but do you mean like checking the people with the numbers close to yours?

Cuz I dont think tht has to do with anything..cuz they split applications to different ppl, they dont do them in order, and plus cuz like numbers only a few below mine are for other kinds of petitins..not fiance visas!

But still good luck! It seems like a great sign especially if your JUST now getting the change of alien number!!

I really like it as well, but for some people out there, who may just come across this and not even be that interested or familiar with it, I also would have to say that you should write less, the text blocks are too long and the person may get tired and stop watching. Its a very good idea and you did a good job! Just it may be hard for any person out there, who doesnt relate to these visas, to get through the whole thing.

And also you should add in there why after this long wait at service centers, we have to wait longer..add that we still have to go through nvc, go to the embassy, wait for the packet and wait for an interview and such

Your are right. Seems like my mid July. Trip might be cancelled. But what I have been doing is flying near the end of the months returning early. Into the next. That way I can say I have seen her every month.

Hi! First off, to send a paper from turkey, my fiance sends it for 2 lira! not sure why its 100 lira for you!

And secondly I would really advise you to just wait for the checklist or RFE. If im reading this right then they r gonna send you an RFE soon saying what the problem is.

Right now you can be freakin out and doing all this and it could be for something completely surprising that u didnt even notice before. Did you send it with an english translation?

There is nothing u can do now, they wont tell you or let you fix it until you get the RFE, and wait til you get that to see what its about! keep us posted!

I cant believe it! Im also leaving to go see my askim on monday! Now we are both totally broke cuz of the ticket and probably gonna have issues for a while after I return but in the end its worth it. Sometiems I still think I shouldnt have spent all that money(over 1,000) and I could have done so much with that money, but It had to be done seriously..Wish me luck!

Getting ready to head out and see my hunny in 14 days. I may not go back until July if we dont hear anything sooner.

Im hoping to attend his interview with him, so if we hear something sooner, my next trip will be to attend the interview, and last one (for a little while) would be to go bring my man home.

If we dont hear anything back, then my July trip is to celebrate our (offical) anniversary...

I filedtaxes for the first time this year and I got the same thing on turbo tax and that other tax thing online. I says my number and bday do t match or something. I had to mail it in and I got it just yesterday in the mail

I saw in your timeline that you've been waiting since January last year, is this correct? How are you doing it? How can you still post happy faces? For me it's been just a little over 3 months and it's been really hard, I cannot imagine waiting for over a year. I hope you will get your NOA2 real soon.

I think that's the person who re-applied or something. U can not wait that long just for noa2. Maybe if u get AP at the consolutes, but for sure not just for noa2 haha
