  1. You listed your "wife received birth certificate."  Why did she get a birth certificate?  Did she get a new birth certificate after becoming a citizen?

  2. Your N-400 timeline doesn't make sense.  You said your interview was 11-2018.  It's only April 2018.

  3. hi, a few weeks back you mentioned services in your area that would help you hubby find work. Can you pass on the resource? Thank you

  4. Consulate review posted!

  5. Thank you, I can't wait for him to arrive :).

  6. Ambermarie, months ago you gave me some advice and I wanted to let you know that we were approved on the first try: 12.21.2012. We are so excited and surprised. More details to come later under consulate reviews. Thanks again for your encouraging words.

  7. Congrats, we were also approved on Dec.21st. So happy for you.

  8. Thank you for the info M&NBForever

  9. What doctor did you use?

  10. You mentioned on one of your post that you lived in Morocco for 4 years. I was told that the policy is that you have to have employment over the poverty level or at least $70,000 in reserve in order to apply for entry for my husband to the US. Did you have a job in the States or did you move back, find work, and then applied for your husband to join you?

  11. I hope you here something soon!

  12. Thanks for your words. I can only hope and pray at this point. It doesn't seem promising at all.

  13. I hope this helps. Don't worry this happens to a lot of people and eventually they are approved. Begin to prepare for the next interview.

  14. I'm confused. Did your spouse apply for the CR-1? If yes, then they'll have to appeal the decision. The 221g means that they sent your case back for review. Your spouse will need to contact USCIS in order to move forward. Once the review has taken place they will resend everything back to Morocco for another interview. This process can take 2 to 6 months.

  15. I noticed that you haven't heard anything and you filed in 2011. Do yo know the status of your case? I'm wondering about the delay considering so many January and February people have been approved within the timeline.

  16. Did you have decide on what to do? I'm just starting out in this process. What do you think was the reason for the denial? It sounds as if they had already made up their mine.

  17. Correction...Why did you file I-129? Sorry. Genine

  18. Hi guys, congrats! I was married 1/27/2012 in Morocco. If you are married why did you file I-130? Are you going upgrade your application request at a later date? Many blessings on your journey.
