    If you want to move to the US, you must apply for a CR1. It is the only way. The K3 is a NON-immigrant visa. You can not stay in the US with it.

    K3 visas are very rare and are almost never issued. I think you applied for the wrong visa. If you are married, you must apply for a CR1 visa. If you are engaged, you must apply for a K1 visa.
