Hello everybody. Sonia came here on a K1 and we are finishing up the I 485 package. My question is do we need to fill out the I-130 package?
Thanks Jimmy and Sonia

I will ask other people and see what they did. I wouldn't think it would be a problem to open the packet. Thanks

Hello Everybody,
Sonia had her medical and her shots over in Ukraine and I was reading that I don't have to have a I-693 filled out if that was all done. We do need to submit the DS-3025? Is that found in the Yellow packet? If so they never open the yellow packet at the POE and is it ok to open it?
Thanks
Jimmy and Sonia

Hello everybody,
I am a little confuse on question 7 on the I-134, I made a little more than double of the poverty line last year. I was searching other posts here and was a little confused about question 7. Just to clarify if I made more than the poverty line, do I need to show other (personal property, the reasonable value) and my real estate value?

Congrats!! That long wait between NOA-1 and NOA-2 is tough huh? But it feels great to finally get NOA-2 doesn't it? We recently got our NOA-2 also, and now waiting on NVC. Called on Wednesday evening and they hadn't received it yet, but hoping it'll get there soon and no AP. With a little luck we'll get to spend Thanksgiving together. =)
It was a long wait because I wanted to know. I was thinking that I might get a RFE. Thank god I didn't. It defiantly feels good to have the NOA-2. Congrats on your NOA-2. How long should it take to get to the NVC. I should call maybe next week sometime. I hope everything goes smooth for you and you will be able to spend Thanksgiving together.

Congratulations! Waiting on our NOA2 as well. Our 1st NOA was about 3 weeks after yours, also at Texas. It would be great if ours went as quickly, and smoothly, as yours. But we're fine with the norm of 5 months as well.
Again, Congrats!
Thank you everything will be fine. I just could not believe how fast. I was counting on 5 months too. All will be good. Let me know how you make out.
