  1. I have a question regarding the checklist we got its says missing info but we already sent this before when we got an rfe, anyway it says bring this on her interview instead of sending it back to NVC, they will bring our income tax return and w2's on thier interview, so my queation is do we have to filled up another I864 and I864A or our financial evidences are enough? Pls enlighten me on this matter thank you...

  2. thank you sweetheart75 for info because i dont really understand this process because for what i read to this topic they said that you need to pay $165 for your GC after your visa approved through ELIS and use credit or debit card.again thank you and congrats for your 10 years GC

Yw, u enter US through CR1 then u have 2 yrs gc before it expires u have 90 days to submit ur application w/ proper docs together with ur payment of 590$ in form of check payable to homeland sec. I hope that give u an idea how to apply for ur GC if u have questions u can always post it here and they are willing to give u an answer the best manner they can, goodluck to you.

  5. you're not "adjusting status".....you're "removing conditions". My wife just applied for "Removal" 3 weeks ago and she already has her interview date set.

We are also currently applying for the IR-2 visa for her son.

    Good luck to you.

Oh yeah pardon me i am removing condition not adjusting,,, anyways my 2 daughters already have thier interview date in USEM and just yesterday they already completed thier medical exam so they are just waiting for the interview, goodluck to u as well.

  7. I am currently in the process of adjusting my status from 2 year GC holder to 10 yr GC, i filed my application in April this year got an RFE and submitted all the docs they needed last month and when I checked on USCIS case status this is what I read... On September 15, 2014, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283., my question is does it mean that i don't have to go through an interview? by the way dont look at my timeline coz we are also on the proces of IR2 for my 2 kids. thanks you so much.

  8. We have 2 minor children under petition by my usc husband as stepchild we got approved and done everthing @ NVC stage one case already closed and the other one got left behind and everytime we called NVC they keep saying we need to complete the ds260 where in fact weve already done that in May and it says on the online application it was already completed I dont know what to do anymore these thing stressing me out so much I thought they will gonna be here just in time for the school year to start, any advise please.

  9. Hi, I want to get information if I can travel to PI while my I 751 is in the process. My GC will expire on Nov. 2014 and planning to visit PI for a month on September.

You should be fine if your coming back before ur GC expires and filed that right away ur still in the 90 days windows prior to ur gc expiration no worries,,I myself on the process now and planning to travel too and they told me there should be no problem with that so enjoy ur trip.
