Muna I got 2 different emails today from the NVC about paying the AOS bill and to send the DS-3032 so I just went online & I was able to pay the $88 fee but didn't send the DS-3032 because I already did send it on DEC 12 by email. My question is should I resend it one more time or NO? Thank u

I just want to let u know that I got my case number yesterady with the IIN too and I was so happy after hanging with the lady I sent the DS-3032 by email & I only got the automatic email that it was received...I'm so happy, hoping this NVC process will finish soon. Take care

Yay I'm so happy now, as soon as I went home back from along day work & I'm sick I made a phone call and I got my case number...I'm sick but I was jumping when she gave me all what I ask for....Good luck everyone...

By checking everyday my case status but for like 4 days didn't check it then on Nov 29 went to check it it says that they approved the I-130 visa on Nov 28 & they send the original visa petition to NVC so I had to wait 5 days then started calling them everyday until I got my NVC case num with the IIN too...So my NOA2 was on Nov 28 bcz this is when it was approved...Hope I did explain it easy to u...

Called the NVC again today, lady said the same thing we received it on Dec 05th allow us 10 to 15 days for the case number to be assigned...I said ok sure but I'm not going to listen to what she said bcz I'll be calling everyday till get my case number oh yeah I'll for sure...Wish me luck

I just called the NVC he told me that they received the package on DEC 5th & it is in the building..He wanted me to allow them some days but I will call them back on Monday... YAY

yes you are right but I feel that I've been waiting for so long now it's been 7 months and a week but I did call and send email to vermont office hopefully they will process my case fast enough...Good luck

I filed 6 months ago and still didn't hear anything from vermont office. I check my case status almost everyday hoping I will see something new but still the same "saying they are doing a check background on me and on my husband. Really 6 mnths for a check background. I don't know why it is taking so long. I missed my husband so much and I want him here next to me hhh. Hope everyone will hear good news very soon.

hi hayam Congrats NVC is easy stage prepare now while you waiting your Case# and when you get your case# same day send DS-3032 via email to NVC and then pay $88 when you pay it you can print cover sheet and send it with I-864 form after they accept DS-3032 then pay IV bill and then print cover sheet and send all docs (2 photo, your husband's birth certificate, police record and court record and marriege certificate) and don't forget to translate all docs
