    APPROVED!!!!!!! Just got back in from the consulate! Will be writing out my review in a moment. Just need to take a moment to digest the approval :)

    I just called to find out.

    Me: Was she approved?

    Operator: "We don't know, she just had the interview today. Call back in a few days when they make their decision."

    Me: Is she in AP?

    Operator: We can't tell

    I just went to Delhi consulate website and checked the case status of spouse visa interview scheduled for today. We're the only ones in ready. Everyone else is either AP or Issued. These types of exceptions/occurrences always happen to me. I was looking forward to buying the ticket, but its on hold.

    How was co in new Delhi.

    My wife's interview is next week, I am very worried about her

    My wife was asked three question. What is your husbands name? Where does he work? How many people attended the wedding. No photos were asked or any other questions. She was then given a paper telling her to pay the greencard fee using the A# in the passport. The officer was described as a lawyer by my wife. Polite, but shrewd. He changed my first name when he referred to me and my wife corrected him. She said he gave a smirk when she corrected him.

    I think we're approved!! Someone please provide input. My wife forgot to ask the officer if she was approved because she was confused since it was too quick.

    She got to Delhi at 8 and at 8:15 she was allowed to enter the queue and go through security. She was given a number and talked to an Indian lady about who is sponsoring her and what language she wants the interview in. Then she waited until her number was called and met the CO. Wife said the interview with the officer took maybe 30seconds. What's your husbands name? Where does he work? How many people attended the wedding? Then he handed her a piece of paper saying when the passport comes to pay the fee using the A#. No photos were seen or anything else asked. Approved. Correct?

    Tried the CEAC website but it says Ready.

    I tell you your road was crazy long and i am so glad finally you are coming to not an end but a happy beginning. Are you there with your wife?

    It will be fine so breathe and get ready (you have the house all cleaned up and closet space cleared and drawers right?? LOL)

    No I'm not with my wife. I have finals this week and I'll be done with my masters. June 12th is also my 20 year anniversary of emigrating to the US. It'll definitely become the favorite day of the year after her birthday and our anniversary.
